annulation d'un vol Emirates ....départ le lendemain donc.... pas de transfert à l'arrivée ( pourtant payé )....une nuit d'hôtel en moins .....réclamation faite :on me balade ....en fait il y a usurpation d'identité ;cette société n'a rien à voir avec la compagnie Emirates ,comme on pourrait le croire ! aucun intérêt à partir avec cette société , Lastminute est bien moins cher , et très très fiable !

L'agence est une agence d'escrocs tout simplement. Aucun remboursement depuis l'annulation de mon voyage il y a 5 mois. On me balade au téléphone en me disant que mon remboursement va intervenir sous 7 à 10 jours, on me dit qu'un responsable va me recontacter sous 48 h... Rien, il ne se passe jamais rien. La stratégie est simple de leur côté : laisser pourrir la situation et ne rien rembourser. Le préjudice est considérable : 5500 euros ! Éviter cette agence à tout prix. Voyagiste n'est pas leur métier, clairement. Il encaisse et au moindre souci c'est silence radio.

Voyage payer 14500e pour dubai 10 jours en passant par ce voyagiste. Vol annuler par emirates au dernier moment on a perdu 2 jours de voyage, sa a gâcher nos vacances . Aucun geste de leurs part. Je paye 10 jours de vacances je veux 10 jours pas 8.... première et dernière fois chez eux . Aucun geste commercial Aucun décalage réponde durement au téléphone lorsque un problème arrive

My flight on Emirates was great, however my hotel accomodations were not what I expected booking an Emirates vacation package...I expected Emirates to partner with a hotel that meets their level of service.. The Grand excelsior was a dump... the curtains were dirty and had a hole in them, the shower had mold, coffee stains on the wall and carpet the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks there was visible dust on the nightstand and it smelled like mildew. I advised the front desk of my concerns for them to tell me that they can switch me to another room, if another room was available why put me in that room to begin with After flying for 13 hours and not being able to check in until after 3pm getting the worst hotel room imaginable I checked out and went to another hotel Emirates is now telling me there's nothing they can do to rectify this issue. Unacceptable Emirates and I'm telling everyone I know that your company values money over the vacation package

Disappointed on arrival but after adjusting my expectations, everything turned out to be just fine!
