First of all, I couldn’t use the NEW20 code when ordering online. I was in a hurry, so just paid the full amount. Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 10am and 1pm. I sent an email requesting my order to be delivered before 11 am as I was not in Dubai, and my husband was traveling. I got a reply that they were calling the delivery service with the request.
Order was not delivered. Now I am here- but flying out in a few hours. Tried calling customer service, emailing them back, no response- unable to leave a message as mentioned above.
Never had an issue with Kibsons.
Attempting to get the duplicate order cancelled, I tried to call the contact number on the website multiple times without success. There is no answer, ever. I sent a Whatsapp message and did not get a reply until an hour later. I also sent an email just to get someone to give me a call regarding the orders. Considering that I placed my order at 8am for delivery at 10am, I felt that this needed to be fixed immediately. An hour later, someone eventually called me back and the issue was resolved.
I really don't understand how anyone can run a company without having any kind of customer service team to take phone calls. It leaves the impression that the company lacks legitimacy and could potentially be operating as a scam. In fact, my initial reaction was to suspect the website of being a fraudulent imitation of the actual shop. Having read others' reviews, I know I'm not the only one with this experience. Based on this, I won't be ordering again. Perhaps their in-store experience is better, one can only hope.
