LA VILLE ^{* * * * *}

Luxury of this hotel is not only about the quality of the service (it is top-notch), comfortable room with all the necessary items, clean and cosy but relaxed and calm atmosphere and serious focus on details. The swimming pool is of a good size and a fantastic view to the city, the quality of sunbeds and cabanas is excellent - looking like new and very clean. Breakfast was delicious but what attracts the attention is extreme focus on details of the display of the dishes.
Location is perfect for a staycation or a business trip - DIFC is close, licenced restairants in City Walk district are in a 2-minute distance.

Amazing stay. Couldn’t mention anything we didn’t like. Perfect location and city view (with Burj Khalifa from the pool), cozy, spacious, nice interior design, everyone smiling at as (valet parking, reception, cleaning service), so attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Great location, close to everything. Very nice staff and service, rooftop bar is a must go.

My wife spent 2k at the wine bar. The reception refused to stamp my valet that evening. I’m not a tourist - I was born and have lived in Dubai for 35 years, the ladies at the reception were rude. Personally don’t waste your time going to the hotel - park under ground. It’s a poorly managed establishment

Absolutely amazing hotel with phenomenal amenities, excellent location located at the City Walk, extremely clean & comfortable with the BEST in class, customer service. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff who ensured we had everything that we needed for our stay. After advising that we were there to see the Burj Khalifa for the New Years Eve show, they did everything that they could to accommodate us. We were greeted at our beautifully setup room with a movie night setup (popcorn, pretzels, candy & chips), which was a nice touch to such a clean, modern and comfortable room! We attended the New Years Eve party at the Lookup Bar (at the rooftop pool of the hotel) that had the most amazing view of the Burj Khalifa without the huge crowds! Thank you so much to Mr. Frank for ensuring that we had the time of our lives and also to DJ Styles, for keeping the party going! On our last day there, we decided to explore and immediately walking out of the back door, you are on the City Walk - full of shops, restaurants and activities - all with an amazing view of the skyline! I am a titanium elite member with Marriott, staying over 140 nights at other properties, but I must say the La Ville Hotel in Dubai, has far exceeded my expectations! As excited as I was to visit Dubai again, I didn’t want to leave the hotel as it was an experience in itself! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality with stellar accommodations. Thank you again Ms. Elaine & the amazing staff at La Ville for going just that little step extra for your guests!
