Great location, exceptional service and excellent hotel. Everything is either walking distance or short ride away. I highly recommend it. Ignore all negative reviews.

Great location right on Marina Walk, very clean, luxurious furnishings, excellent, warm service from all employees in restaurants, room service or lobby crew.

The hotel was a terrible place it has bugs under the sheets of the bed the pillows were covered with hair. The chair was so cool

Hôtel de luxe , ils sont attentionnés . Joli cadre , accueil au top . C'est la quatrième fois dans cet hôtel . Je suis amoureuse de cet endroit , zéro défaut . Je vous le conseille

I’m making this review becuase I called a few times to ask about sloanes now they told me it’s discontinued this year however I came today and it’s still there and it’s open and people are eating like what are you kidding me people are sitting inside and eating where the discontinued in that lol check before you tell a customer that ..

What can I say... It's your typical "yes sir, right away sir, my pleasure sir" hotel. So, while the staff were attentive and friendly, it was generic and insincere. I'm sure the typical guest wouldn't even know or care -- but I did. The curse of being a professor, I suppose. One exception, the front desk receptionist managed to break character and once he became himself, was fantastic.

Самый шикарнейший отдых в данном отеле. Все в пешей доступности. Даже не помешало,что нет собственного пляжа. На автобусе можно доехать за 7 мин до моря. Есть Автобус, который ездиет каждые 5 мин до 02 ночи. Рекомендую данный отель.

From 2014, I have spent roughly 40% of my life staying in five star hotels, mostly due to work reasons. I can say with certainty that Grosvenor House ranks among the very best. The service is stellar, and I am most impressed by all the staff's unwavering dedication to providing the highest level of service.

Absolutely dreadful customer service encounter during my stay at this hotel. The receptionist, Sharil, was shockingly unprofessional and greeted my family with blatant rudeness. To add insult to injury, she had the audacity to demand a tip from me. Despite the abysmal service, I felt obligated to leave a tip. Thankfully, the only redeeming aspects were the room quality and the view, made up for the horrible service.

We loved our stay here! The staff are so kind and accommodating, we truly had a 5 star experience. The breakfast buffet was incredible and we were spoilt for choice, so many great options!

I recently stayed at Grosvenor House with my sister. We had a wonderful time. The room was excellent for both of us not cramped in the least it was big. We were looked after really well the staff are so welcoming and do anything for you. They were polite, friendly, professional and warm. Nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed here before but my sisters first time and she couldn’t rate the staff any higher than they were. Food was delicious service excellent. Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you all at Grosvenor House.
