Une pépite ! Magnifique Hôtel dans une bâtisse d'époque, chambre spacieuse tout confort avec superbe décoration, excellent emplacement en plein cœur de Sarlat, accueil et conseils de visites parfaits.

Fantastic staff. Fantastic bathroom and bathtub. Convenient location if you really want to be in the medieval city.

While this is a 1 year old hotel, the rooms just feel old in a bad way (the carpet probably doesn't help any). I did not purchase breakfast, but at the price this hotel charges, breakfast and non-alcoholic mini bar should simply be included.

The hotel is located inside a medieval city. There is no parking available at the hotel. It is often not possible to access the hotel by car.

The hotel sent me an email indicating I should park at another hotel and call them to help with bags, etc.; I believe their intention was to help with everything from there, but no parking was available at the other hotel -- so we did not park there and call them.

When we arrived at le petit manoir, the lady was nice checking us in, showing us our room, showing good places to park on the map, telling us about restaurants, etc...

There was no elevator, and no offer to help with our bags at this point. So we dragged our bags in and up 3 floors. I believe the hotel had no other staff at the time to offer any help (not sure, it was late afternoon).

The staff was very apologetic at checkout and insisted on helping us with our bags on the way out. I felt bad as it seems this was the housekeeping/wait staff doing the job the bell staff should be doing.

At best this is a nice 3-star hotel. To be a 4-star hotel, it really needs full time bell service due to the lack of an elevator.

Overall, I just felt the hotel was way overpriced for what we got; we have stayed at far nicer hotels that included far more at less than half the price of this hotel.

I regret staying at this hotel. I expected far more for the price. I would not stay here again.

Sehe schönes Boutique-Hotel mitten in Sarlat. Sehr freundliches Team, tolles Frühstück und die Suite im EG am schönen Pool geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Anfahrt mit dem PKW zu bestimmten Zeiten nicht möglich. Vorher anrufen! Kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz in 500m Entfernung.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre de Sarlat. Le cadre et le bâtiment sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le monsieur à l’accueil est charmant et disponible. La piscine est petite mais très agréable. Tout était parfait et nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir.
seul bémol, le petit déjeuner continental dont les produits ne sont pas les meilleurs, les viennoiseries n’étaient pas fraîches, le cappuccino était du café au lait, etc et c’ est facturé bien trop cher à 24 €.

Amazing place, one of the nicest hotel I have ever been. The staff was kind, location was good. I hope one day I will return again.

Superbe hôtel en plein centre ville de Sarlat. Parking facile autour.
Les chambres thématiques font voyager dans le temps et son très spacieuse. Des petites surprises dans la chambre ainsi que le mot d'accueil, personnalisé de la direction, sont très appréciables.
Nous avons passé un très joli moment et cet endroit est très calme pour se reposer et profiter à deux.
Le petit-déjeuner est complet mais aurait mérité un petit plus, plat à la demande par exemple. Les viennoiseries n'étaient pas très gourmandes, problème de fournisseur? Nous avons malgré cela passé un super moment et on reviendra pour tester la piscine et retrouver cette quiétude. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel.

The perfect luxury secret hideaway right in the middle of Sarlat. A great location from which to explore the old town on foot, but the minute you enter through the old doorway to the secret walled courtyard you are transported to another peaceful world. Friendly and personable staff welcome you as if to a private residence, the rooms are amazing, and, as for the pool, what a treat!

J ai réservé pour l anniversaire de ma femme et c était juste parfait! L accueil, le lieu, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le personnel de l hôtel (mention particulière à Cécile et David) la décoration… rien à dire a part un grand MERCI ! Un moment qui restera dans nos souvenirs.

Endroit exceptionnel au centre de Sarlat. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Piscine agréable. Chambres de caractère.
Nous y reviendrons. Bonne continuation et à bientôt
