Dieses im historischen Zentrum von Paris gelegene Hotel, das in 9 Gebäuden aus dem 19. Jahrhundert untergebracht ist, verfügt über Zimmer und Suiten, die um einen 1500m2 großen privaten und blumengeschmückten Hof verteilt sind, in dem man sich gut ausruhen oder einen Aperitif genießen kann. Die Einrichtung wurde in einem zeitgenössischen Stil renoviert. Der Frühstücksraum, der aus einem amerikanischen Buffet besteht, ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer und Suiten haben alle ein klassisches, von den 30er Jahren inspiriertes Dekor, das sehr harmonisch mit den Marmorbädern harmoniert. Champagnerbar und Restaurant mit französischer Küche mit mediterranen Akzenten, die in dem hübschen Saal oder auf der Terrasse serviert wird.

On top of this the email with the hotel were not responded to promptly. We had to wait several days in order to receive a response.
I normally don't like the idea of giving 1 star views to highlight negative experience and more like to focus on positives and room for growth. However this experience has left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.
Our problem and reason for a low rating has nothing to do with the fact that they would not accept our dog but rather with the poor communication as well as lack of information on their website about their policies. Because of this we are out 300Euros. Keeping our money when they know we cannot stay there is poor business and I would highly recommend not getting involved with this hotel. I wish I had checked reviews sooner as when writing this the 2 most recent reviews were each 1 star.
However, upon returning, we were shocked to discover that our room had been burglarized. Our belongings, including jackets, makeup, perfumes, and even a coffee cup left by the intruder, were stolen. Given the circumstances, we strongly suspect that the theft was an inside job, as only the hotel staff would have known we were away.
Distressed by the incident, we promptly contacted the authorities, who conducted an investigation. Additionally, we filed a formal complaint with the hotel, as ensuring guest safety is their responsibility. Regrettably, we have yet to receive any satisfactory response or acknowledgment from the hotel management, despite our attempts to follow up.
Adding to our frustration, we had hoped that the hotel's insurance would offer some assistance in recovering our stolen items, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
Overall, our experience at Les Jardins du Marais Hotel was marred by this incident, leaving us deeply disappointed and disillusioned. We expected better security measures and accountability from a reputable
