Das Hôtel Beaunier bietet das Privileg der Stille, nur wenige Minuten vom lebhaften Montparnasse-Viertel, Saint-Germain-des-Prés und dem Quartier Latin entfernt. Es verfügt nur über wenige Zimmer. Sie wurden alle renoviert und sind von angemessener Größe, aber man muss die Etagen zu Fuß erklimmen, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Trotzdem sollten Sie sehr schnell buchen, denn das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis macht es zu einem sehr gefragten Hotel. Ein kleiner Innenhof mit einer Terrasse und Pflanzen verleiht dem Hotel zusätzlichen Charme. Der Empfang ist herzlich.

I've noticed that you are really great at answering claims here in a prominent way, especially about my Ukrainian mentality, which is at least honest. Still I was not born today, and I definetely understood what you told me and read the conditions. And I definitely checked my card balance many times, including today, and could send a bank statement to show you that 200 euros of pre-authorisation haven't been released, although almost 2 months have passed after booking and more than a month after staying. Please help me to find the cause of this incident and get the money back. Waiting for your further instructions please! Thank you for cooperation on resolving the issue! I had a reservation for one night and wrote send the Landlord a message indicating that I would arrive late because my flight was cancelled and I had to book another flight the same day that would arrive later as planed. The landlord indicated that it would be "complicated" if I arrived after 23h and didnt offer any solution.
Upon my arrival at the hotel at 1 am the landlord never opened the door or answered the phone even tough he knew I would arrive late. So I had to search to another hotel an spend the night there. Afterwards he still charged my credit card the complete night that I never spent in the hotel...
This only shows that the Landlord has no regard whatsoever for his customers
