The worst experience that could happen.. The receptionist is completely unprofessional.. They do not have the capabilities of any hotel in the world and they do not have maintenance.

Magnifica ubicación para visitar entre otros la Torre Eifel????. Bien comunicado, bares y restaurantes por toda la zona muy tranquila y segura

Depuis que je viens à Paris, c'est le meilleur hôtel où je suis allé. Personnel hyper sympathique, chambre magnifique, emplacement de rêve. A 5 minute de l'arc de triomphe. 15 minutes de la tour Eiffel. J'ai adoré mon séjour de 3 jours. Merci infiniment

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel! The rooms were very clean and a decent size (for Paris). The bathroom is stocked with L'Occitane products and they provide a plush robe and slippers (not plush lol). The linens were nice as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have great AC too. I can't speak to the restaurant as we didn't eat there.

Prachtig goed gelegen schoon kleinschalig hotel met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeergelegenheid (bij boeken reserveren) voor 29 euro, wat een koopje is in Parijs. Schone nette kamers met koffie en thee faciliteiten. Je bent met 15 min lopen bij de eiffeltoren, met 5 min bij arc d'triomph en de Champs elysees, leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Muy lindo hotel. Desayuno muy completo. Tranquilo . En una ubicación muy cómoda y accesible. Nada que envidiarle a las grandes cadenas. Habitación grande, productos loccitane en el baño.

L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est souriant et adorable

Il y a un métro pas très loin donc super si nous voulons visiter Paris

Good value for money hotel in Paris.
In general price of hotel in Paris is expensive and this hotel is also not cheep. However this hotel is located in the middle between L'arc de triomphe de l'Étoil and Eiffel tower. You can reach each of both within 10 to 15 min by walking. This is really big benefit, you can enjoy night life until whenever you want thanks to the good location of the hotel. As a result you can save money for the taxi or other transportations.

The room is clean. Shower room is renovated and toilet is also really clean. Staffs are friendly.
They have bar on the ground floor and you can enjoy some coffee, tea and juice for free.

Parking space is 29 euros per day and you need to reserve in advance. The parking space is not that bad although it is narrow and small but it is better than Paris standard.
