One of mankind's finest accomplishments. A huge jewel box of stained glass. Believe it or not, Chapelle was finished in seven years. Louis IX (aka St. Louis) built it as a repository for the "true" relics.

Heavenly interior, well worth the visit. You do need to go through airport-style security first - better not to bring a bag as they'll need to check it. There are public toilets inside before you reach the church (nothing flashy). The church itself is a marvel and well explained in the free multi-lingual info cards. Buy a ticket online first.

Beautiful. Old. Ancient. The line to enter was a bit chaotic. Also was with an elderly person and there should be some warning there is not any handicap access. Hard stairs to get up and down for mobility challenged.

La Sainte-Chapelle è un capolavoro dell'architettura gotica francese nonché uno dei monumenti più rinomati e suggestivi di Parigi. Al suo interno spiccano una statua della Vergine, patrona del santuario, e un affresco del XIII secolo raffigurante l'Annunciazione, considerato il più antico dipinto murale di Parigi. Invece la cappella superiore, che fu costruita come un reliquario monumentale, è alta circa 21 metri ed ha una sola navata.

We booked tickets in advance for 11:30.
The entry guy didn't telling me about the group line, was speaking really rude and disrespectful.
When we asked some simple questions about the entrance, he replied that we're should shut up and back to our country.
From our side, we were speechless ????
The administration of cathedral, please, take some measures with your employees ????

Kesinlikle önden ve de oldukça önceden bilet almak lazım. Kapıdaki biletsiz sıra neredeyse hiç ilerlemiyor. Birkaç gün sonrasına online bilet bulmak da pek mümkün değildi. En erken bilet sonraki haftaya.

Kostel je přístupný přes další budovu. Doporučuji koupit vstupenky předem. Vystoupíte frontu podle času na který máte lístky. Projděte bezpečnostní kontrolou. Pak přes nádvoří do přízemí kostela, kde je prodej suvenýrů. Do kaple se dostanete po schodech. Kaple je malinká, ale barevná okna vytváří působivou atmosféru. Jsou ná nich příběhy z bible. Na nádvoří je WC. Ven projděte kolem nádherné zdobených vrat.

Plus d'une heure à faire la queue alors que nous avions réservé un créneau horaire. Il y a eu ceux qui arrivent trois quart d'heure en retard mais qu'on laisse passer avant nous, les groupes quelque soit leur heure, et ceux qui n'ont pas réservé de créneau mais qu'on laisse aussi passer devant les autres par flot d'une dizaine. Et lorsqu'on peut enfin y aller on doit passer dans une machine qui nous scanne de la tête au pied ( juste pour aller voir une chapelle !). Enfin arrivés à la chapelle, la visite est très rapide à moins de vouloir déchiffrer tous les vitraux.
Et pour couronner le tout, la moitié de la chapelle basse est occupée par deux boutiques de souvenirs, ce qui est scandaleux dans un lieu d'une telle valeur historique. C'est un véritable manque de respect à notre histoire.

Une endroit à faire absolument lorsque vous êtes de passage à Paris !
Les vitraux sont magnifiques lorsque la lumière passe aux travers.
L'entrée est gratuite pour les 18-25ans.

La Sainte Chapelle est une visite immanquable de Paris. Malgré ses petites dimensions, ces vitraux sont impressionnants, rayonnants et plein de lumière et de couleurs. L'affluence de publique est toujours très importante. C'est gratuit pour les 18-25 (Monument National).

Un endroit à découvrir absolument, les vitraux sont magnifiques. La sainte Chapelle est vraiment un endroit exceptionnel. Le téléchargement de l'application permet de voir les vitraux en détail

Lieu tout simplement fabuleux. Pendant le concert, on peut voir la luminosité qui diminue sur les vitraux. C'est dommage que l'on ne puisse pas rester un peu après le concert pour admirer davantage les vitraux.
