Location was fantastic and walkable distance to almost everything in the city you'd want to visit. Area is very safe feeling and people here are very polite to people from US who may not speak the best French. Hotel and staff are top class and go out of their way to help you with your stay. Executive lounge has selection of sodas, water, snacks, happy hour and super friendly helpful staff. Public transport is a very closeby and easy to access, concierge is extremely helpful for this as well and will help with booking things. Overall an A+ stay overall and will be our go to hotel when staying in Paris going forward.

Nous nous rendons de temps en temps pour nous poser dans le salon. Le cadre est très agréable, le service parfait, et les produits servis très bien.

Rooms variable worth the extra for executive rooms and lounge access. Grand old station hotel with great bar dining area in main atrium

We stayed here in early March for 8 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. Our 3rd floor room was spacious (twin beds together) and comfortable. The maid service was excellent. The breakfast each morning was delightful, with plenty of options and not excessively crowded. The concierge and staff were very helpful, even when we had a broken lamp that needed fixing. We used them for Musee tickets, taxis, luggage service and advice. The location cannot be beat. I would recommend this hotel and would use it again next time we come to Paris.

Mediocre experience. had higher expectations. really wanted it to be a great experience but was not happy.
pros: great hotel, beautiful lobby. very clean. location is perfect near subway too. staff is very friendly!
cons: room I got was EXTREMELY small, I couldnt even roll my luggage around the room. the room is basically the bed occupying 90% of the room.
the door of room was the most stressful part. opens outward into the hall with no inside door latch. and you can't tell on the inside if the door is locked or not!
door battery died during my stay, they helped fix it immediately which was great, but after they fixed it, my friend tested the door from the outside while i was inside and it opened with no key! we figured out how to deal with it but was uncomfortable and below expectations.

One of worst Hilton breakfasts I've had (and I stay 60 nights per year). No cutlery on tables, no cups for drinks. Hot food was cold, and food was always empty. Hit and miss on asking if want hot drinks

Just perfect. Stayed there with my family of 5. The "Family Connecting Room" was absolutely spot on perfect for us. Staff was amazing, great location 2km from Gare Du Nord and walk-able location to Pigalle, Montmartre, The Opera, Place de la Concorde, Galeries Lafayette. Great breakfast and lounge. TONS of shopping and cafe options near by.
Check-in took a bit b/c they had to look at all our passports. I guess that's a Paris hotel thing, but it didn't matter. The staff was so personable and lovely that the time flew. I'd stay here again, no question.

Best hotel in Paris! Thank you all and I believe it was Naber for his explanation of the hotel rich history and sorted any request I had top notch service. Thx to Ermhance for her kind & attentive service at the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris. We enjoyed executive lounge happy hour and breakfast in the morning was incredible, huge variety of everything! Best Madeleines I've ever had. The bathrooms have heated floors, which is great when it's cold outside.

ヒルトンオーナーズカードのゴールド会員です。2/29〜3/4の4泊5日で予約し、4日目に1泊の延泊を申し出て、結局2/29〜3/5の5泊6日滞在しました。メールで事前に今週は稼働率が高いからアップグレードは困難と連絡が来ていました。4日目ににホテルフロントでフロントの女性に同じ部屋で1日延泊したいと申し出ました。私はクレジットカードを差し出しましたが、カードは不要です、1日延泊を受付けましたとフロントの女性は言いました。ところが翌日12時にチェックアウトするように2度電話があり、別の部屋に移動をするように言われました。言語のよく通じない私はやむをえずそれに応じて荷物をまとめました。別の部屋に移動したらその部屋は暗く寒く居心地が悪いので、フロントへ行き部屋の交換をお願いしましたが、満室で1室も空いていないと言われてダメでした。その部屋はエアコンが壊れていて寒く、喉がいたくなってかぜをひきました。寒いと2.3度フロントまで行き、申し出しましたが、対応が悪く、部屋の中の寒さのチェックをする人は誰も来ませんでした。技術者は来ず、数時間寒い中でダウンを着て過ごしました。その後フロントの男性が部屋の前まできて、あなたが寒いとクレームを言った初めての人だったから気づかなかったがホテル全体のエアコンの技術的問題があると言いました。 その時間にもホテルのサイトでチェックしたらSuiteの部屋は販売されていました。私は空室がないと言われたのに部屋は販売されていて、寒い中こごえて風邪をこじらせとにかく嫌な思いをしました。オーナーズのアップグレードもなく高い宿泊料金でエアコンが壊れていて対応も何時間も待たされてもう二度とここには行きたくないです。

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、簡単な英語で話してくれたり、重い荷物を外まで運んでくれたのが嬉しかった。
部屋は綺麗で、眺望もまぁ良かった。
しかし、コンセントの調子が悪いのか、ドライヤーが使えるかどうかは運次第というか、すぐ消えるし、ヘアアイロンも電源はつきはするが、温まらなかった。
備え付けのドライヤーは、どのコンセントに刺しても途中で消える。
ヘアアイロンは、テレビの近くのコンセントなら使えた。
部屋が暗い。暑い。くらいかな。
お部屋に水がなかった。

I really wanted to like this hotel but unfortunately I couldn't look past a lot of things. The room is very small for what you're paying. I found the space limited and I was just one person, I cant image 2 people staying in their king room with 2 suitcases and carry-ons.
I've been to all kinds of hotels from 1 star to 7 star and this is the only hotel that charged 8€ per day to access normal internet. If you refuse to pay, their free internet is horrendous, you will struggle to even send an email. Also, If you're trying to call the front desk/room service/concierge from your room be prepared to call a few times before someone picks up.
The location of this hotel is really bad, it's in such a central/crowded/busy part of the city and it's almost impossible to get to your uber safely if you plan on using that as your means of transportation. The drivers can't make u-turns to stop right in front of the hotel and the parking spots are all taken up by taxis so you have to cross the busy road (there is no cross walk) and hurry into the car, it's a nightmare especially when you have luggage.
The room service menu is limited, as a young female solo traveller 24 hour room service is important to me because sometimes I don't feel like going out to eat late in the night and I usually sleep past midnight. The overnight room service menu consists of cereals, cheese and smoked salmon. Their regular room service menu isn't great, the food I find is too salty. On top of that the prices are very high, I know that room service prices are expensive but this was ridiculous, there's also a 7.5€ charge for every order.
The view from the room was horrendous. I had a view of literally nothing but the exterior wall's and other people's rooms. You can't even see the street.
I can't find any redeeming quality for this place other than the staff, most of them are very sweet and warm. But it isn't enough to make you forget the actual stay experience. I regret coming here unfortunately and I feel like my entire Paris trip would have been better if I had just stayed elsewhere.

What a wonderful hotel, in a great location, and very friendly and helpful staff. Diamond for Life here and this is one of my favorite hotels. Cappuccinos were wonderful. Lego building was cool too

2nd time visiting here and loved it.
Location is very good in my opinion. We walked back from the eiffle tower in 50 min (uber'd there first). And walked to Montmartre
Breakfast is one of the best. I think only 2nd to Waldorf Jerusalem from all the hotels I've been to.
We had access to executive lounge. I think because we got upgraded to an executive room. And the lounge had really delicious treats.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and it had a water dispensing machine. This was really amazing for us. I think all hilton holes in Europe should do this.

Veľmi sklamaná. Na to že sme mali suitu king, veľká katastrofa. Absolútne nezodpovedá. Koberce špinavé, sedačky tiež. Vysávajú tak možno každý druhý deň. Minibar prázdny,hoci sme platili depozit a požiadali o doplnenie, nestalo sa tak ani raz. Kúpeľňa by na suita king mala mať k dispozícii aj iné hygienické potreby ako iba základe ako sprchový gél a krém.
Pri posteli si namiesto klasického pohára nájdete papierový pohár a namiesto lyžičky drevenú paličku. Za mňa absolútne neakceptovateľné a dosť veľké skladanie. Je to stará historická budova, ale aj s tým sa dá niečo robiť,tu žiaľ bol všade smrad. Mohla by som toho písať omnoho viac.

I stayed for three nights and the staff left me a lasting impression- enough for me to return for next euro trip.
Emal from breakfast always greeted with nothing but smiles and I never had to look for anything because he brought everything to me before asked. Personally, who wouldn’t like handsome staff providing the best services. I recommend anyone traveling or stopping by for business to check Hilton Paris Opera out.

Arrived around 8:30 on a Sunday night, did not see anyone near the revolving doors. I was okay to carry my two large suitcases few stairs up and through the doors, but I would expect a little bit more. Unless people are get off earlier in Paris.
The carpets were kind of old style, make it feel dirty.
We did not have any shower gel or lotion in the room until the third day. I did not know the customer needs to remind them the bottles were empty. Maybe it is a Paris thing?
And the wifi signal in my room was not good. The kid cannot even watch videos on the phone.
The best part so far was the eating experience every morning. The service was great: everyone was nice and smiling and the croissant was so good. I ate at least one each day even I was on a keto diet.
Updates: already saw improvement one day after the original review post. I guess someone does read the google review. Thanks.
