Une halte magnifique en Aubrac ! L accueil est chaleureux ! Les différentes chambres sont rustiquement parfaites ! Confortable et on y dort bien ! Notre hôte se donne du mal pour être des plus agréables et : c est réussi ! Une adresse parfaite pour rayonner en Aubrac !
La table d hôte et les petits déjeuners n ont rien à envier aux burons alentours qui perdent tous leur authenticité au fil des ans !
Bref : moi qui suis un amoureux de l Aubrac : c est 5 étoiles !

Halte à la Domerie, après une journée de marche sur le Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle. Nous n'avions pas réservé et avons été accueillis pour le dîner qui était d'un raffinement !
Le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute.

Today, October 10th 2022, I walked into town to find all the 6 bars and restaurants to be closed. As I sit down on the terrace of La Domerie to consume some of my own water, the owner comes out. ‘We are closed’: he says. I ask him if I can just take a minute to drink some water, he asked me to leave as it was private property. How can you be so inhospitable and work in the hospitality business. I will absolutely not be coming back here ever! I feel utterly rejected. It doesn’t feel good.

Why are you posting a review about us when I am not a hotel, restaurant or even a bar? Of course, you were disappointed that my neighbors were closed, that is understandable, but why not write an opinion about them rather than about my house? Why don't you just say it face to face and face to face when you're standing in front of me? We're not savages!
But I have one last question to ask you: Who was at fault? You who were starting to settle on my terrace without having at least asked for my consent when there is a public square equipped with benches? Or me who was at home, on my property and who had not asked for anything and who is being given an undeserved opinion all because your ego and your susceptibility have been upset, under the pretext that you are on the way to Saint James, which incidentally does not allow in any way a lack of civility and respect for the properties of others you are passing through.
So leave me your address, as you are kind to me, so that I can come and alter myself on your balcony or in your garden so that you understand what it feels like when someone invites themselves into your home without your consent.
