Séjour génial de la St Sylvestre, merci Anaïs à la réception, au plaisir de revenir !

Very clean, air conditioned or heated room with shower. Exceeds expectations for a short break or business trip. Basic but practical. No fridge, hairdryer or ironing board in rooms but, good bed and work desk and chair with charging points where they needed above the worktop (!) room service every day including weekends. Beware they will come knocking on the door at 9am to clean. Towels changed daily, bin emptied daily. Coffee 24hrs in reception. Continental breakfast in the morning available to public too, it gets busy. Not sure if prebooking will help to reserve a table. That option was wasted on me, don’t like breakfasts. Coffee and tea machine in reception for me was a lifesaver. Also I saw a microwave in reception I’m guessing if you bring any food in the hotel it can be heated and consumed in their breakfast area. It’s probably not practical for a long holiday as the room is small, but for our 3 nights stay it was perfect. Although we did not need any of these, restaurant, shop, petrol station and park are next door. Hotel has their own underground car park and its €12 a day, but if you can find there are about 15 parking spaces around the hotel that are free, or cause these are not exclusive to the hotel guests. Receptionist is very helpful and approachable, but it’s not 24hours, reception personnel are not there at night and at lunchtime. Our check in time was at 1500 however we were able to check in at 1200, again this kind of flexibility made a huge difference to me. Our overall experience was very positive and ticked all the boxes, myself I would struggle in such confined space if I needed to stay longer than a week. Have a pleasant stay.

Chambre confortable assez bien isolée du bruit. Je déconseille le resto d'en face. Beaucoup de places de parking autour de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner très satisfaisant

Séjour d'une nuit après une journée au puy du fou. Hôtel très bien situé qui offre de vraies chambres familiales pour 5. Nous avons pu profiter d'une bonne nuit grâce à un environnement calme et une literie de qualité. La salle de bains dénote par rapport à la qualité de la chambre.
