Restaurant mit einer romantischen Terrasse bietet eine leichte und raffinierte Geschmackskarte.

Das Restaurant ist ein architektonisches Juwel aus dem 16. Jahrhundert... Man muss natürlich den kleinen Hauch von Strenge schätzen, den der verglaste Wandelgang ausstrahlt. Die Terrasse ist romantischer und erstreckt sich um den Brunnen im großen Innenhof. Es ist angenehm, hier am Sonntag zu brunchen, um sanft aufzuwachen. Die Speisekarte bietet leichte und raffinierte Gerichte. Die Weinkarte erzählt uns von Vacqueyras, Lirac, Tavel, Sancerre, Châteauneuf du Pape, Luberon, Côtes du Rhône oder Bordeaux. Der Service ist schnell und zuvorkommend, was nicht schadet.

The receptionist completely ignored me and did not seem to realize that she was employed in the tourist business. She had an air of indifference and arrogance about her which indicates that she had not been properly trained by her superiors. Also, when you book via Booking be aware that you will be given the worst rooms all the way up under the roof. Apart from the position I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Also, getting out of the parking lot was a joke: impossible to find where to press and nothing had been done to help the customers. I wish I had stayed somewhere else. The price of the room was charged to my credit card the moment I made the reservation - several weeks before we arrived. But still, the first thing we were asked was to give them a credit card for "extras" and if we broke anything. What kind of signal is that to send to your customers? OK, if you are tired of tourists, then find another business.

The initial charge was processed in accordance with our terms and conditions, which include a prepayment policy due to the non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modifiable nature of your reservation. We understand that this may have caused confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience. You have chosen this prepayment option on Booking.com

As for the request for your credit card at check-in for "extras" and any potential damages, this is a standard industry practice to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests during their stay.
