Kmg where do I START!!! For starters I called 3dys in advance to let them know my plane would be late. They assured me the suite on the top floor would still be available. I got there and of course my phone died from traveling. They put me in some RANDOM room in the basement. The floor smelled like mildew and cigarettes. It smelled spoiled and like it had recently flooded there
Since it was late I couldn't get a charger fir my phone because AMERICANS NEED A CERTAIN TYPE OF PLUG ADAPTER over there. I finally charge my phone the next day and see IM JN THE WRONG ROOM. I go tell the BIG 6FT woMAN at the front desk and she or any of the workers SPEAK ANY ENGLISH yet they advertise for Americans to come visit!! They literally shooed
me off and told me GO TO YOUR ROOM ASIF I WAS 6. Long story short.... I did not get the TOP FLOOR SUITE I booked MONTHS IN ADVANCE and saved up for. NONE of the management tried to compensate or help. They brought a fruit basket and didn't say anything THATS IT.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND AMERICANS GO TO THIS HOTEL. The area was REALLY SKETCHY I SWEAR I thought my husband and I was going to get robbed

Stay here whenever am in Dakar great staff, fantastic food both in the Hotel and its sister Restaurant and the location is to die for
just walking distance to Major businesses, Embassies Banks and the ports

Hotel situé sur la corniche à Dakar.il est construit sous la forme d un navire de croisière et ce thème se retrouve dans la décoration des chambres qui ressemblent à des cabines de navire. Toutes les chambres ont une vue sur la mer. Mon coup de coeur à Dakar

Le cadre est très beau, on se croirait dans un bateau. Les prix sont plutôt élevés mais la cuisine est très bonne. Il faut par contre réserver à temps car l’endroit affiche complet presque tout le temps.

Chambre sympathique même si une chambre triple n'avait pas de lit supplémentaire ni canapé lit. Mais comme nous étions avec notre fille de 6 ans, on a tous dormis sur le lit king size.

Une semaine de séjour dans la suite 39. J'ai signalé plusieurs fois de dégâts d'eau (salle de bain inondée). A chaque fois que je prenais une douche, je passais mon temps à passer la serpillère même avec 4 serviettes par terre, ça ne suffisait pas. Imaginez que vous faites ça pendant 7 jours et qu'on vous répond que ce n'est pas nouveaux. En plus de ça, je vous rajoute de petits cafards qui sortent de partout.....
j'appelle la direction à refaire cette salle de bain rapidement.

Hôtel absolument magnifique, la vue depuis les chambres est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% c’est l’endroit parfait pour des vacances relaxantes à Dakar.
