The apartment was spotless, with good facilities and sitcoms to keep cool. We stayed as a family and truly loved the stay. The pool is perfect if you don’t feel like swimming in the ocean, and if you do, it’s only a 5 minute walk from one of the best beaches to snorkel at.

Overall this is one of the best places we stayed in while visiting Mauritius, would definitely recommend

We stayed for my daughter’s birthday. We really enjoyed. The service was great, very nice staff and caring management.

After our 3rd visit at this hotel, here are some points about our stay :
1. Really warm welcome and customer service by Mrs. SEIRA
2. The room was clean but need improvement like appropriate sockets for the appliances. I had to lift the microwave each time just to plug it in the only appropriate sockets available.
3. The breakfast was so delicious but I miss the buffet.

Décevant, nous avons servi de "cobaye" à l'ouverture de l'établissement qui était en plein rodage, sans avoir été avisé en amont. Les photos sont plus flatteuse que la réalité. S'abstenir sur la demi pension pour le moment. Non adapté pour les enfants. Le personnel reste toutefois sympathique et à l'écoute.

Dommage que nous pouvons pas mettre 0 étoile, a éviter
Nous avons réservé 10 nuits depuis booking mais après 18h de vol l hôtel n’annonce qu’il ne travaille plus avec booking et que notre réservation est annulée.
Personnel m’a proposé de réserver en direct et payer de nouveau mais quand j’ai exigé une preuve d’annulation pour avoir un remboursement de booking avant d’effectuer une nouvelle réservation, l’hôtesse d’accueil a refusé puis m’a informer comme par magie l’hôtel est plein… surprise plus de chambre disponible suite à ma requête.
On s’est retrouvé à la rue à 22h et cause du personnel incompétent et irresponsable

The location is very good, room is very spacious! The staff are very cold . I was just handed my key without any welcome nor any information I had to ask the direction for myroom then only the receptionist sent someone to show me! Guest supplies is not adequate

Worst booking service i ever saw i call 50 time no one pick up , i call the reveption they didn t give a damn about it , the hotel is nice but the booking and reception are the worst i ever saw in my life

Nous avons passé 21 nuits au Be Cosy ,dans un appartement de 50m² en demi pension .
L'hôtel est tés bien situé , un carrefour à traverser et on est sur la plage publique. Les boutiques, restaurants et takway tous est à moins de 5mn à pieds. Une superette chez Popo à 200m. La plage est très grande avec beaucoup d'activités nautiques .A gauche de la plage ,il y a un rassemblement de bateaux tous les jours de 8h30 à 11H00 à 100M du bord vous pouvez voir 3 tortues. La barrière de corail se trouve à 200M avec une vue sous-marine magnifique ,vous pouvez voir des tortues ,coraux de toutes les couleurs et de multiples de poissons.
Nous étions logés au rdc avec terrasse (tous les logements ont vu piscine). un espace cuisine avec juste le nécessaire, lave vaisselles, lit King size, banquette et une sdb, wc avec grande douche. C'est propre et mobilier acceptable. les chambres sont faites tous les jours avec remplacement des serviettes.
Nous avons aimé la restauration Mauricienne même si c'est un peu répétitif .
Le personnelle serviable discret et très poli

Sejour effectué en juin 2023, avons beaucoup apprécié y séjouner. L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable, merci à Mr Shiva et son équipe. Chambre correcte, et repas bon rapport qualité/ prix. Appart hotel très bien situé à queques enjambées de la plage. Nous pensons y revenir en Mai 2024???? Paco & Daria

Wir haben das Hotel im November 2023 gebucht. Eine kleines Hotel mit einigen Zimmern und Apartments. Der Pool ist sehr schön mittig gelegen. Das Personal im Restaurant, Bar und Reception sehr freundlich. Der Strand nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Und es ist einer der schönsten Strände welche wir kennen. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr geräumig. Täglich wird alles gereinigt. Wir haben nur die Unterkunft gebucht. Es gibt einige kleine Cafés um die Ecke. Auch im Hotel kann gegen Abrechnung gefrühstückt werden.
Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous rentrons tout juste d'un séjour dans cet hôtel... l'accueil et l'emplacement rien à dire tout est à proximité.. Gros bémol pour le restaurant de l'hôtel repas non diversifié nous avons du dîner dans des restaurants extérieurs car tout les soirs du bœuf ou du poisson était proposé et nous ne mangeant pas de bœuf cela était problématique...votre fiche nous demandant notre régime alimentaire n'a servi à rien... cela était dommage car nous avons payer la demi pension et dîner dehors nous a occasionné des frais supplémentaires...la piscine aussi est à revoir nous avons eu quelques blessures...nous avons malgré tout passé un excellent séjour...

The cleaning ladies are doing the best.
I have never seen such fantastic service in 3 stars hotel.
The People who are working there are only the good thing that this hotel has the most precious.
You want to stay in this hotel only for service the service which is the highest level.
We enjoyed our time ( sorry I remember only one name but the whole team is great ) with Hussein !
He was making us smile every day when we were walking in the hotel.

La partie extérieure autour de la piscine est magnifique et conforme à la photo de présentation de l'appartement hôtel Be Cosy, de beaux palmiers et des parterres propres.
Le personnel est très gentil et attentif aussi bien a la réception, qu'au restaurant.
Le seul bémol c'est les chambres qui mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement car la nôtre n'était pas conforme aux photos,elle était très humide, il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et sur les rideaux. Le coin cuisine est très simpliste, on dirait un coin cuisine d'une chambre universitaire...
La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours mais on ne peut pas faire des miracles avec de l'humidité (les odeurs restent).

Checked in at this hotel and it was a flop one unfortunately. Waste of money. It was my second time after 2 years and it is not the same service anymore. First at the reception they were nt welcoming at all. The lady welcomed us as if we were buying something at a grocery shop. Not even a smile. Huh.. Rooms were not clean amd nt well maintained.
We had to wait to get a table for dinner. And food was not up to the standard for a hotel even breakfast was not good.
Pool was fine. Entertainment zero for a friday evening. Overall not value for money do nt recommend at all.

We stayed at this hotel from the 5th to the 14th September 2023, that wasnt really a Holiday in Room number 215 and our neighbours downstais in 115 also had the same Problem plus some other Guests with No Hot Water ?? I Complained at Reception but they dont want to move us because they said there is no other rooms Available because the Hotel is Fully Booke, but according to me it was Not ! For 5 days we had No Hot Water and had to Shower and Shave in Cold Water ? After Complaining a lot Everyday and after 5 days Sat the 9th Sept they moved us to another room that that Got Hot Water ! We were happy to get another Room but what Bothers me was, we were sitting at the Pool that evening and we saw that there was light shining in our Old Room 215 ! I Stood up and walk to our Old Room and Discover that the Hotel had Booked in Other Guests in our Old Room with No Hot Water that is Unacceptable ! So what the Hotel are doiing is They Rotating the Guests ! A lot of other Guests Also Complained at other rooms that they had No Hot Water ! Now to Me this Type of Practise for a Hotel is Unacceptable ! This for a 4 Star Hotel ??? We Only had 4 Days Hot Water outof our 10 days stay ! We only had Hot Water in our New Room number 103 for 4 days ? Afterwards on the day before we left one of the Personel told me that they have problems with the Solar System on the Roof, IT IS Old and it needs to be Replaced ! How can they run a Hotel like this ? Also the Swimming POOL WAS DIRTY AND GREEN on the 13th September ! Another thing is "There is NO SEGA DANCE ENTERTAINMENT AT THE HOTEL for the Guests ???" !!
I have sent a Complaint Letter to the Hotel Group Timesyn, but Managent Dont even Answer Us back ! WE WON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN !!, WE'VE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, AND DID NOT HAVE A NICE VACATION !! Think twice Staying at this Hotel !

Booked here as the location was excellent and allowed us to be flexible with our travel plans/touring. The hotel is situated in one of the best locations in Mauritius ???????? Troux Aux Biches beach is across the road whilst Mount Choisy beach and Grand Baie are a few minutes away by either bus or car ????.

Please note the below and prepare accordingly with your luggage if the room assigned to you is not on ground level????????:

As our rooms were on the 1st floor, the staff member Sahil assisted us with 1 bag but took a roundabout trip up and down stairs that didn’t have any level walkway or flat surface to pull luggage bags ????. This meant both my wife and I carrying our heavy luggage bags up and down stairs ????????I had to assist her and was very disappointed that no consideration was given by the hotel as to how guests are expected to carry luggage bags if you were assigned rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors (guests on the ground floor had easy access wigh walkways that allowed them to just pull their luggage easily).
To add to this, there really was no staff to assist and the same thing happened on checkout - which was disappointing. The walkways behind the hotel also were just footsteps and didn’t have a smooth walkway for bags, likewise with the big stairs that we found out later in our trip. Absolutely not guest friendly.

Devika was an absolute star ⭐️ She could speak English and advised us on the bus routes, restaurants etc. she always gave us wonderful service. Sahil, as we discovered later in the trip, didn’t understand much English and that was concerning as there are just as much English guests as there are French speaking guests. He often didn’t understand our minor complaints and we had to wait a lot for someone who could speak English to assist us ????‍♂️however he was helpful and tried his best ????

The rooms were pretty decent and served it’s purpose. We literally used it to sleep and get ready for our adventures. It had cutlery and a stove/fridge etc. so quite handy for people who wanted to self cater. The bathroom could do with an upgrade tho but it was neat. Was just disappointed with the hot water system as they used solar. On a few occasions, there was no hot water and the only solution they could provide was giving you another room to shower (didn’t take that up as it’s bothersome to uproot your belongings and use another room on the other side of the hotel). They really need to come with better solutions. What made it worse is that even though it was the Mauritian winter and it is hot. The evenings and water can get cold and it is not ideal to have a cold shower.

The property itself was well maintained and the pool and loungers were really nice. The restaurant was very pricey and it was often better to experience the restaurants around the area for variety and value. The guests are generally well behaved and the hotel ground/pool area has a nice ambiance. Very lovely for relaxing ????

Once again, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind spending a few nights here before moving to a proper resort. However if the above minor things mentioned can be addressed. It would make this apart hotel more appealing and offer really great value for money.

Un petit hôtel idéalement situé par rapport à la plage, aux transports en commun et aux commodités. Le personnel est très agréable. La nourriture est bonne. Notre chambre était un peu défraîchie mais rien de grave. On recommande ????

Nie mogę dodać opinii na bookingu, bo jesteśmy jeszcze na miejscu a nie mamy już możliwości zmiany hotelu.
Hotel nie wiem jakim cudem ma 3 gwiazdki, jest to nasz 3 na wyspie i najgorszy. Śniadania bardzo ograniczone, brak owoców, jak donoszą to po 1 talerzu np ananasa a po 5 min już go nie ma. Kawy nigdy gorszej nie piłam, nie ma nawet ekspresu tylko jest nalewana z dzbanków. Pieczywa tylko jeden rodzaj zwykły przenny, nie ma nawet pełnoziarnistego. Z warzyw tylko ogórek i kapusta, nie ma co liczyć nawet na pomidora czy sałatę. Moja jedyna prośba przy rezerwacji hotelu było mleko migdałowe, z uwagi na alergie - wypisałam to nawet przy zameldowaniu bo mieli rubrykę z alergiami pokarmowymi. Ta prośba nie została nawet spełniona.
Przy zameldowaniu bylismy wcześniej, żeby zostawić bagaż i jechaliśmy na wycieczkę. Pan na recepcji powiedział, ze jak wrócimy pokój będzie gotowy a walizki będą już w nim czekały. Nic takiego się nie wydarzyło, pomogła nam tylko pani z recepcji żeby zabrać jedna mała walizkę.
Wifi działa jedynie na basenie, nie ma co liczyć ze zadziała w pokoju.
Cena rezerwacji hotelu zbyt wysoka na jakoś jaka tutaj panuje, oraz w odniesieniu do innych hoteli.
Jedyny plus tego hotelu to bliskość do plazy. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, nasz przez młodziutką Panią z aparatem na zębach, przemiła osoba, której dziękujemy, pokój lśni za każdym razem ☀️
