Starter: our starters came out cold, but we were so hungry we just ate it.
Main: our steak was overdone, cold and hard. I asked for veggies and rice and got salad and cold chips instead. Extremely disappointed!
My daughter ask for sizzling squid and it came out on a normal plate but when she started to serve herself the waiter took her plate and poured the food onto a sizzling plate that wasn’t even hot. So ridiculous!
Drinks: we ordered drinks when we arrived but every time I tried to order a drink after that the waiter couldn’t hear or see me trying to get his attention. I needed to take my medication but was unable to because I didn’t have a drink. I got so fed up with the waiter I sent my husband to get a drink from the Wine Bar but the woman said he had to go back to the table and order your drink with your waiter.
After 3 hours I couldn’t wait to leave.

Atroce, je pèse mes mots, la nourriture est bien meilleur chez nos surgelées préférés.
La nourriture est tout simplement décongelé, ils se trompent de plat et ne veulent pas le changer.
Ne parlons pas de l’agneau en était ce vraiment ? Nous ne le serons jamais au vu de sa couleur et de sa texture immonde ( je ne parle même pas du goût …)
Le coca servis à la vasque oklm.
Le bœuf aux oignons, je cherche encore les oignons qui ont été remplacés par des champignon noir, et une sauce gluante qui ressemblaient à des algues.
Les patates en accompagnement étaient froides et sans goûts toujours congelées on ne change pas les bonnes habitudes.
Je m’étale, parlons du plus drôle, en appelant notre serveur et en lui faisant comprendre que c’était la pire nourriture que nous avions de notre vie. Celui ci nous a gentillement fait comprendre qu’ayant déjà sortis le ticket aucune remise ne pouvait être faite.

Nous nous sommes donc un petit peu énervée en disant que nous n’avions pas du tout apprécier le repas, il nous a donc offert 395 rs sur 3395 rs et les desserts ce qui est gentil de sa part on le remercie.
Bref les desserts étaient congelés et froids.
Ne vous fiez pas au site et ne venez jamais ici.
Mon retour dans ce lieu apres 14 ans m a deçu car je m attendais a retrouver une ambiance simple et conviviale et un excellent repas. Rien n etait au rendez vous. Endroit sinistre pour un 15 aout.
Je vous deconseille le diner.
Regarding the surroundings, though there was plenty of greenery, the place felt very run-down. The service was poor; the manager never came despite us calling for him twice. To make matters worse, as I was walking back from the restroom, I overheard one of the owners (I assume) swearing profusely at a staff member behind the bar, which I found incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lastly, the cocktails we ordered tasted awful and had very little alcohol. This will be our last visit, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Service is not great. The waiters couldn't communicate with an English speaker which was a bit of a let down but it was bad service too. Ordered drinks that didn't come. Asked for a dessert menu 3 times with different waiters and none brought one to us. Not to mention it was kinda slow too even though the place was not busy.
Atmosphere was great, lovely decor and picture spots.
We were seated under a speaker for the music and this was very disturbing. Impossible to have a normal conversation. The service was horrible. The waiter wasn’t precise when answering, didn’t know the prices of the side dishes which weren’t written on the menu. We had to wait a long time to order. Very inefficient. But the food was good and there was plenty which is great. Would recommend this place for families
