Nous avons pu profiter à deux reprises de cet excellent restaurant. On ressent une ambiance chaleureuse dès notre entrée et un accueil top.
La décoration reflète parfaitement le nom et l'ambiance de ce restaurant.
Les plats étaient excellents.
Nous y reviendrons si nous avons l'occasion de repasser sur l'île.

We love this place. Fabulous French food with favorites being the snails, tuna carpaccio and steak with Paris butter. Excellent wine list too

Always a pleasure to dine there. The food is exceptional. I always go for the escargots de Bourgogne and the gratin de crabe. But my dining companions enjoyed the carpaccio and the entrecôte amongst other things. It is BYO so we did bring four bottles as we were a group of ten. Indoor or outdoor is as pleasant. Highly recommend.

Très convivial ! Deco atypique. Plats succulents ! Un restaurant à ne pas louper ! Le thon mi cuit rossini est exceptionnel ! Possibilité de faire de l’emporter ! Je recommande à 200% !

I had a steak, which was pretty nice. Wine also good.
But creme brulee was simply burnt - bitter.

This has got to be THE best restaurant in Black River! The restaurant is spotless, tidy and runs like clockwork. The food is excellent - Crab Gratin and Snails were delicious. Entrecôte and fillet cooked to perfection. Hands on owner always checking on customers, tables, presentation and so attentive. Love the French music. Definitely worth a visit and will always recommend this without hesitation. :-)

Just visiting the restaurant again after a few months and still, the best food and superb service. Without a doubt worthy of 10 stars!

Very cute french bistrot in Riviere Noire. I only took two pics but these two were the best dishes we had! Crab gratin and smoked marlin tartar. Delicious. As for the mains, the shrimp with garlic sauce was amazing, but the fish was a bit dry.
But overall a nice experience! A bit on the expensive side.

A wonderful little resteraunt off the main road. Staff were very attentive. Food was limited, but all dishes were delicious.

Où d'autre déguster des rognons et des plats bien franchouillards à Maurice ? Le meilleur remède en cas de French Blues. Un poil cher par rapport à la moyenne des restaurants mauriciens.

Incredibly amazing tastes after 3 days of failures in Black River area. Prices are reasonable (for both food and drinks). Not a fine dine atmosphete but dishes are as good as fine dine. Crab grataine and beef fillet are must try!

The food was absolutely mouth-watering! ???? Definitely recommend, staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and intimate! Will definitely visit again.

Lieu convivial pour qui veut retrouver une bonne cuisine française de bistrot avec produits frais pour changer des caris ou autres plats mauriciens. N'avons pu gou^ter à l'andouilette qui était en rupture de stock. Très bon accueil du chef.
