S půjčovnou jsme byli moc spokojeni. Auto v naprostém pořádku, malé auto se hodí na cestování po ostrově. Auto jsme měli na dva týdny. Půjčení vrácení proběhlo rychle bez průtahů. Žádné dodatečné poplatky. Využili jsme datovou SIM koupenou přímo v půjčovně. Měli jsme půjčené i dětské sedačky. Půjčení vycházelo nejlevněji ve srovnání s ostatními při využití kódu @cestujemenamauricius.

The overall process was smooth. Since they give full insurance coverage, you don't have to worry about minor scratches or dents. Cars are well maintained as well.

We met the representative at the Pingouin office, Kaylash who completed the paper work, noted any pre existing issues and provided us with the information we needed. Kaylash was also easy to contact during our holiday for any general queries regarding the car.

The car itself was good. It was easy to drive and up to date with technology, service etc.. Fuel was excellent and the overall driving experience was enjoyable.

We met Souhaib on arrival, he checked the car and was very friendly. We talked about the car and how convenient it is for a holiday. Souhaib was knowledgeable about it and other cars in general he appreciated the important details that make a good experience. Souhaib already knew about the service history, mileage, etc.. without looking at any documentation. He answered our final queries very well and signed off.

I am due to receive a partial refund for SIM cards which were not available on arrival (we made other arrangements in the end) I am told the transaction has been processed so I look forward to receiving the payment.

Rented the budget car and it was truly that. Received an unhelpful and rude WhatsApp when I asked to extend car rental by 1 extra day due to weather. Would not recommend in future.

Réservation par internet facile, bureau retrait des voitures accessible facilement. Accueil passable, nous avions réservé un siège bébé et un carte sim en plus de la voiture . 1h d'attente pour le siège auto car les 2 modèles dispo cassés ! Carte sim indispo mais le loueur d'à côté en avait pour 23e au lieu de 15 (une combine surement bien rodée pour gagner un peu plus)
Le véhicule n'avait pas le plein ( 450kms possible alors que quand je suis passé à la pompe j'avais 680 même si la jauge semblait pleine ). Mauvaise communication avec l'agent qui DU COUP ne comprenait plus bien le francais ni l'anglais ... Le véhicule était dans un état de propreté " normal " mais l'état des lieux est déjà fait par le loueur sans notre présence et la voiture présentait beaucoup d'accrocs extérieurs et intérieurs.
Pensez à prendre des photos ou filmez en faisant le tour du véhicule .

Booked a car with these just a couple of weeks before arriving, they were considerably cheaper than other places with fully comp insurance included and held no security deposit. Discovered on the paperwork a few days in to the hire that they’d given us an upgrade from a 21 plate to a 23 plate. No queue when we arrived, and we were in the car and out of the airport within 30 minutes. Car was perfect for what we needed, spotlessly clean and got us around the island safely. Returning the car was quick and easy, and there was no hidden or additional charges to what we paid. We also purchased the travel sim with them and had no issues with that either. Great service and will use again when I return!

Easy to book in advance paying a deposit on line but we booked a small car for various reasons and although our booking confirmed a small car, when we completed the final check in a week before arriving the car had changed to a much bigger and older car but we had no choice but to go ahead with the bigger car. Felt very disappointed with that and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Also two of the tyres were very worn and the gps holder did not work- it was useless. The only positive was the staff who gave us the car and returned it were very pleasant. The whole point of booking in advance was to get the size of car we wanted, thus re booking with this company I couldn't trust that we would get what we asked for once again. We were not advised in advance of the car we booked not being available. We should have been advised so we could then decide to czl the booking and get our money back so we could re book a. Ar with another company

I was nervous about hiring a vehicle in a country that I have never been to. I put my faith in Pinguion and hired 2 seven seaters. Check out was good, check in no hassles. I fortunately had a very good experience with Pinguion. Yes I took the advice from other reviews, took photos of the vehicles and ensured all was good upon return. Iqbal and Yusuf were very friendly and helpful appreciate the excellent service. Getting the Sim card from Pinguion was an excellent idea as I could use my cellphone to navigate to the various tourist attractions. Thank you for the excellent service.

Ich kann Pinguin Car Rental nur empfehlen. Super Service und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen kleinen Suzuki S-Presso im top Zustand. Sogar mit Apple CarPlay, so konnten wir uns mit einem USB Kabel mit dem Auto verbinden und Navigation und Music nutzen.

We rented a car with pingouin car rental for 1 week during our holiday in Mauritius.
The guy Who helped us was really kind, he gave us a Better car than the One we chose on booking ( free upgrade). The car conditions were eccellent and the guy Who gave us the car during the check in was really helpful and exhaustive in expleining everything about the car. They gave us the possibility to check out really early (5 am) in according to our Flight.

Great service. Tushal was very professional and dropped the car at our hotel at agreed time. Also, flexible with pick up time. The car was very nice to drive and no mechanical issues at all. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend this company.

Ottima compagnia di noleggio a Mauritius. Per tutti coloro spaventati della guida a sinistra, non abbiate paura, io personalmente mi sono abituato dopo 5 minuti. Bisogna prendere solo la mano con le distanze/spazi. Il servizio di Pingouin Car Rental è stato veloce ed efficiente. Inoltre pagando online annulli qualsiasi tipo di franchigia. La consegna e riconsegna sono state velocissime. Per coloro che hanno invece paura di guidare per i cani randagi, basta andare piano. Difficilmente un cane randagio vi si butta per strada per farsi investire. Tra l'altro i limiti di velocità in Mauritius sono molto bassi, quindi oltre a non avere senso correre non è neanche permesso. Detto ciò, raccomando Pingouin Car Rental a tutti. Le auto sono anche piuttosto nuove. A me è capitata una Kia Picanto con 20k km.

It was brought to the hotel as we agreed and was also handed over in the parking lot of the Ambre hotel. The car was clean and perfectly functional. The reservation was made directly on the website a few days before my arrival, without a deposit. I recommend you with confidence! Thank you for your fairness and cooperation. Very uncomplicated procedure. The KIA car was ok. Even though it had some rambling due to high mileage. You should not apply European standards and go with the flow there on Mauritius. And this is not meant disrespectful but positive!

On Mauritius you anyway cannot drive fast, so the value for money is good and the car brought us anywhere we wanted.

Both the pick-up (just located outfight the terminal) and return was very easy. Can recommend the rental company.

Pingouin offers comprehensive insurance without any excess if booked directly through their website. This is a great deal that other rental agencies do not offer.

The process is quick and easy, the cars are good quality and the returns process is seamless. Our agent Shoaib was very helpful and efficient.
