Hi just return from this beautiful ???? hotel..and which have 3 pools which make me very happy and all the foods are very yummy..the staff are very friendly and helpful in all ways..Mr Altaf, Nishad Ayush,Dilshad,hitesh, anastazia,shanone who made our stay unbelievable many more in the bar near the swimming pool everyone
Its my 4th time there..and me and my husband enjoy soo much...I want to go
again and again..the gym are very well equipped. We were 7 person and 1 kid everyone enjoy so well and this hotel deserve five star...all the activities were very nice

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet établissement en demi pension.
Faisant le tour de l'île nous avions réservé 3 établissements différents et malheureusement petite déception au Tamassa.
En comparaison avec un même établissement de 4 étoiles sur la côte ouest, bien que légèrement plus cher, nous n'avons pas retrouvé ce standing ...
S'agissant d'un très grand établissement (oubliez la taille humaine) : les chambres sont vieillissantes et le buffet n'est pas assez travaillé. C'est un peu comme au réfectoire.
La carte du bar est aussi limitée.
Si vous chercher un lieu familiale il me semble que c'est le bon endroit ! Accueil, animations, tout est mis en oeuvre pour passer de bonnes vacances.
Mais cela ne correspondait pas à ce que nous cherchions. Un peu trop "usine - club" à notre gout.
Ce n'est pas un petit cocon pour les amoureux.
MAIS personnel très accueillant. Le sud de l'île est magnifique. Le Spa est super et accès au hamman sauna ect. avec le forfait demi pension.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Tamassa Bel Ombre und wir waren total begeistert. Die Mitarbeiter sind so unfassbar freundlich, es war sehr ruhig dort, man konnte richtig abschalten, wir hatten egal welchen Pool oder auch das Meer gefühlt für uns alleine. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, einiges war indisch angehaucht, was ich persönlich sehr genossen habe, es hat aber täglich gewechselt. Im Beachhouse waren wir nicht, daher können wir das nicht beurteilen. Für uns war das Tamassa ein Traumhotel, was wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Das einzige wäre, dass die Zimmer mal wieder überholt werden könnten, die sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sehr sauber! Spitzen Service, Spitze Hotel!

Super séjour à l’hôtel Tamassa que nous venons de quitter avec une grande tristesse.
Je vais d’abord parler de la propreté des lieux et le service en chambre irréprochable, nous avons eu qq soucis techniques mais ils ont été résolu très rapidement et avec le sourire en prime! Le mini bar était toujours réapprovisionné.
Très bon choix de nourriture également, les burgers sont délicieux et en plus nous avons pu goûter aussi des plats typiques!
Le cadre est également exceptionnelle, beaucoup d’espèces d’oiseaux exotiques et d’autres animaux très sympa, la plage est également très belle.
Je ne peux pas remercier tout le monde car ils sont tous formidables mais un grand merci à Nivesh, Joseph, Goodluck, Arnaud, Dodo, Ram et tout le reste de l’équipe!
Merci encore, nous recommanderons cet hôtel.

Stayed there for 3 days - Friend's wedding.
It was absolutely beautiful.
Clean and serene environment, excellent rooms - beachfront and decent array of food.
Particularly loved the water activities - boat rides, kayaking and all. A shame it was a short visit.
Service could be better.

Ho passato la luna di miele con mia moglie ed è stato davvero fantastico. La colazione abbondante e variegata, lo staff davvero cortese e sempre molto disponibile. Le camere molto pulite, forse un po' vecchiotte, alcuni dettagli andrebbero modernizzati (docce, lavandini, sanitari, arredamento). I prezzi per il ristorante ed il bar sono molto alti se comparati ai prezzi che ci sono fuori dal villaggio per gli stessi servizi. Tuttavia il cibo è ottimo, variegato ed abbondante ed il servizio eccellente. I drink da rivedere. La Spa è bellissima. Ci ritornerei? Assolutamente si!

My Boyfriend and I visited the last week of August and first week of September. The weather was ok to start (despite being their winter but for English absolutely fine) the second week amazing.
The entire team were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. We hired a car from near the air port and utilised the hotel bikes. The restaurant staff, bar staff, Studio 17, Cleaners, Mini Bar refiller, Santosha team were great. We had many memorable experiences. The location for us was perfect unspoiled and not over touristy. We couldn’t fault anything at the hotel and had a wonderful stay.

Tous les jours il manque des choses dans la chambre. La piscine est pas nettoyée, (cailloux, fiantes d’oiseaux, ) pas d’animation digne d’un 4etoiles, le buffet est limité et à partir de 23h00 toutes les boissons sont payantes… faux all inclusive…

Il manque toujours quelques choses dans les chambres… un coup les serviettes, un coup les verres, un coup le bar pas rempli…un tout petit buffet tous les jours et pour terminer la bonne blague, fin du all inclusive à 12h … tu mage pas et ne boit pas jusqu’à 19h00… heure du transfert à l’aéroport… rien d’un hôtel 4 étoiles… en revanche le personnel est agréable…

Einer der entspanntesten Hotelaufenthalte den wir je hatten. Alles sauber und nur freundliche und aufgeschlossene,hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.Danke an Nafema vom Housekeeping und ihre Kollegen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und der Strand ist top. Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Keine Massenabfertigung in der gesamten Anlage.wer außerhalb der Anlage was erleben möchte, muss allerdings etwas fahren. Das Tamassa liegt an einem sehr ruhigen Teil der Insel. Perfekt für Ruhe und lange Strandspaziergänge,aber nicht für Partys und Aktion. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

V tomto rezortu opravdu dbají na vynikající zákaznický zážitek a je to znát. Navštívili jsme i dražší hotely na Mauriciu, ale nikde jsme se necítili tak skvěle jako tady. Velmi oceňuji skvělý přístup k dětem. Výborné jídlo jako třešnička na dortu. Všem zaměstnancům velké díky, byli jste neskuteční.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, Le personnel est remarquable, toujours attentif et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement succulent, et la propreté est irréprochable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour une expérience inoubliable !

Speaking as a customer with half-board included.
PROS: The hotel is well-kept and its very beautiful. There's a good coral-reef right at the beach, so you can easily snorkle and see exotic fish, but dont send your kids out alone since the current is strong. The hotels offers a good variety of activities. You can go sailing, kayaking, snorkling from boat, go to the gym and play volleyball all free of charge.
Note: bring neoprene shoes as there are a few sea urchins and corals ????
Unlike most people here, I dont find the food to be as uniform as people say. They do however need to up their game on the cakes.
Staff is very nice and while im not German, I was very impressed seeing some of the staff speaking German.
CONS: A lot of unexpected costs. At times the hotel seems a bit stingy. You have to pay for water at dinner - that's weird. You get 2 bottles of water in your room each day, but if you already have water, they wont give you any unless you explicitly ask.
They are placed pretty far from everything and the hotel has made a deal with taxis that they charge 700Mur/h. So if you are going to the supermarket, shop big. If you can find a non-hotel-related taxi driver, you can go for 1/2 price.
Sometimes its moving a biiiit slow. We arrived at 11.00 and asked to check in. But couldnt do it until 12.00 which was the agreed check-in, so fair enough. But we waited until 12.30 before we got our room. Nothing terrible, but I would like flexibility to go both ways as we will 100% be told to check out on time or be charged extra.

We had a great 6 day stay at the resort.
Food is good (even excellent at the playa restaurant).
Staff is very welcoming and helps as soon as requested.
Only drawbacks are the informations on the experiences they offer. There are some amazing experiences (kitesurf, swimming with dolphins,...) but we only learned that at the end of our stay :) so if you're there stop directly at the customer experience center to know what you could do

Wie schon beschrieben, ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Anlage ist schön gelegen, die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. ( Zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig)
Schade ist, dass der eigentliche gute Eindruck durch das Buffet -Restaurant zunichte gemacht wird.
Das Personal ist zum Teil unmotiviert bis zu unfreundlich .......Es gibt aber natürlich auch sehr nette!
Das Abendessen ( wirklich lecker) wird leider Kantinenmäßig offeriert.
Daran könnte man wirklich ohne viel Aufwand arbeiten.
Wir hatten zudem Mäuse die durch das Restaurant gelaufen sind, was den gemischten Eindruck bestärkt hat.
Den Rot-Wein den man Glasweise bestellen kann, ist leider überhaupt nicht trinkbar und ist mit mehr als 8€ je Glas komplett überzogen.
Auf negative Kritik wird garnicht nicht reagiert.....und ist nicht erwünscht.
Wir werden definitiv nicht nochmal unseren Urlaub hier verbringen.

Das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht es überall. Fliesen kaputt. Möbilar ist auch schon sehr rampuniert. Der Service ist einfach top.

J'adore cet hôtel, jolie plage, equipe très à l'écoute et serviable , gentillesse est le mot d'ordre . Excellent repas, il y en a pour tous les goûts, c'est magnifique, un spa hamam et espace détente gratuit, je conseille vraiment un sejour ici, j'u ai passée 10j inoubliables ❤️

Mr Nishad who take care of every situation in every difficulty. Holidays goes smoothly.
Special turndown was done in our room with beautiful swan and flowers as well the bath tub this was a surprise for us.anusha who help me to do our reservation she is great.

The experience my wife and I had during our recent stay at Tamassa was nothing short of amazing. The highlight was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Our trip almost ended in total disaster when our flight was delayed by over 24 hours and we were left to scramble for our own shelter arrangements or face the prospect of sleeping in the departure lounge. At 1am, we called the hotel and were so, so grateful for the service we received from Rabin, who arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport and for a room for us to stay the extra night.
Being vegan and pescatarian, we were impressed by the personalised attention we received from the kitchen team. Sous chef Kunal greeted us when we checked in to discuss our dietary requirements, setting the tone for the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. Each meal was great, with Kunal or one of the other chefs personally guiding us through the buffet options, and enquiring about our preferences for further meals. They prepared many delicious vegan dishes especially for us, including amazing Mauritian curries and fricassées, pad Thai, pizza, pasta, risotto, and burgers. The bakery chef, Jean Edinho, was always very welcoming with his big infectious smile, and chef Suraj prepared a memorable meal for us at the Playa restaurant on our extra day. The waiting staff were all friendly and attentive, especially Altaaf, who always made sure we were looked after.
The resort itself was a paradise, nestled right on the beach. We enjoyed various activities, from kayaking and pedalo rides in the bay to working out in the well-equipped gym and yoga by the beach. The massages we had in the spa were very relaxing, and we enjoyed chilling out and reading on the beach loungers and in a hammock.

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich habe bisher drei 4-Sterne Hotels (C-Mauritius, Tamassa und Anelia Resort & Spa) auf Mauritius gesehen und dieses Hotel ist keine 4,5-Sterne wert. Frühstück ist eigentlich immer gleich. Abendessen aber abwechslungsreicher. Fitnessstudio überschaubar, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Strand ist gut, aber etwas steinig.

We stayed in Tamassa for 8 days at the beginning of November. The resort is located in the beautiful and wild south of the island, close to many beautiful natural spots like waterfalls or parks.
The resort has a very chilled out vibe, beautiful and sophisticated, not at all in your face. The leitmotif is mindfulness and relaxation and for sure the personnel achieved this with its kindness and will to go the exra mile to make our experience as pleasant as possible. We had to rush to the hospital for a health check for our little baby and they were amazing in supporting us throughout the process. Then our flight was cancelled and even if very busy, they managed to find a room for us for the night, since we had zero support from the flying company.
Overall a great experience, spent our days on their Amazing beach sipping cocktails and enjoying the view! We promised we will be back!

Hôtel plus que parfait, la paradis sur terre. Très bien entretenu, personnel adorable, buffet copieux et succulent.
La mer est magnifique et les installations sont super.
Il y a le choix on ne s ennuie jamais.
