Staff very helpful

I have been there twice. Beautiful place to relax and have some peace of mind. It is very quiet and the view is wow. The road to reach Andrea Lodges somehow is not quite easy going however it is the fun part to discover. Nature and the waterfall, the food was local and amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for some peace of mind and a good rest.

Absolutely amazing place, the staff are the best staff I have ever met at any hotel ever. We visited for our friends wedding from the UK and honestly all I have to say is excellent things. We Absolutely loved it thank you so much!

A unique boutique hotel located on the cliffs, with beautiful grounds and views. A perfect escape for 1-2 nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea Lodge, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained.

What truly sets Andrea Lodge apart are the breathtaking views. Waking up to such stunning scenerywas a highlight of my stay.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Wonderfully located at the edge of the cliffs with unbeatable views. The rooms are so beautiful and from your bed (and the shower) you see the ocean. Beautiful trails to walk around. Dinner was also wonderful as was the staff. I highly recommend this treat.

We came from Perth to enjoy this beautiful place .We had lunch (A la Carte ) ,food was divine ..Staff are amazing and friendly.

This is a review to help the lodge improve its fascilities and services and by no means aimed at harming the concept. I booked andrea lodge for a special weekend Friday to Sunday on full board basis. Prior to booking I checked their website and it advertised hike, archery, volleyball and massages.

My reservation included the use of a safe , kettle, tea and coffee in the room.

On arrival we were greeted with a friendly receptionist and offered an arrival drink. But we were left to sit and admire the view with no paper work to complete.

We checked into the room and on first impressions 10/10 on location/view as its trully a breath taking lodge surrounded by nature.

The rooms, lacked maintenance and clearly the rooms are not being maintained at all. The paint/ ceiling is cracking and flaking off severely.
The windows/glass in the room broken and covered with a piece of wood.
The only alluminium door in the room to access outside is broken and hard to push open.
The safe does not work, and I asked to be shifted to an alternative lodge/room but they informed me that non of the safes work at all and should I have any valuables I should leave it with them at reception for safe keeping in an envelope!!!. This was appalling as management is to blame and not the staff.

There's no garden seating which was disappointing, had to carry the inside seats to use outside.

There's no mini fridge /bar in the rooms.
It trully is a place to cut off completely as it provides no WiFi in the rooms or TV, iron ect. Whilst the concept is great sadly during bad weather you end up being stuck in the room with nothing to do and can't enjoy the view as the clouds cover the ocean when it rains.

Food
Expectation vs reality I was expecting fresh seafood but the 1st night we were served a salad consisting of apples and small prawns. For dinner we had 1 piece of chicken with vege and mash potatoes, for dessert we had what was suppose to be mousse but ended up being chocolate cream. My partner was still hungry after dinner and given that it's remote There's nothing else around.

Morning we had breakfast and were given cheap mauritian cheese (craft) 1 plate of fruit with 6pcs of kiwi and 4 slices of oranges. The pastry was not fresh, eggs, baguette slices.

I called to ask about the massage and was told that this is not a hotel but its a lodge, there's no massage despite their page advertising this.

Following this we decided to be reimbursed for the last day and checked out.

Andrea lodge, please follow up on maintenance to make the rooms much more comfortable as the price paid was not in line with the accomodation and what it provides. I was to say the least very disappointed. I understand they are under new management but the maintenance and comfort is severely lacking.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet endroit magnifique et j’ai adoré. La chambre est magnifique (même si on voit que cela a un peu vécu et que quelques rafraîchissements seraient nécessaires), avec un lit 2x2m très confortable. Grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la mer (même des toilettes ????). Piscine avec vue imprenable sur la mer également. Le lieu respire le calme et la tranquillité. Nuit tranquille avec le bruit des vagues en seul fond et des rideaux occultants ++. Dîner et petit déjeuner bons qui mériteraient un peu plus de saveur pour être au niveau du lieu. Pas de wifi dans les chambres. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Très bon cocktails à tester!
Je recommande vivement pour une escale romantique en pleine nature.

Value for money, the service and food were good and enjoyed the experience

Nous sommes venus pour le déjeuner. Repas excellent. Cari ourites et crevettes beurre à l'ail. Très bon service. Nous reviendrons pour passer une nuit. Le cadre est magnifique.

Un sejour paisible, une vue a couper le souffle. Nous recommandons fortement le lieu. Le bungalow propre, bien entrenu et bon gout au niveau de la deco. On se sent ailleurs entre les bruits des vagues, les chants des oiseaux, le reflet du soleil a travers la baie vitrée. Le lit tres confortable. Le personnel tres accueillant et tres serviable.
Si on devait suggerer une chose, ce serait de mettre des petites chaises et tables pour la terrasse.
Le seul bémol ( A revoir le planning des Events qui se font dans le seul restaurant du Lodge; Avec de la musique (DJ), cela perturbe énormement le moment du diner des clients. Faudrait peutetre attendre que tous les clients aient diné pour lacher la musique ) Nous n'avons pas pu apprecier le diner car on pouvait a peine se parler. Critique constructive. Car ce serait un "sans faute". Et on y reviendra!!! Bonne continuation.

Nous étions partis déjeuner et le menu n'était pas très attirant et la serveuse s'est trompée plusieurs fois sur ce que nous avions commandé, concernant l'emplacement l'endroit est plutôt bien situé, il se trouve au bord des côtes de St Aubin, il y a une jolie sur la mer.

Great place to escape everyday life and relax in nature.

Bel endroit avec magnifique vue. Le restaurant est bien placé le personnel manque d'enthousiasme on doit les forcer à travailler ???? les tarifs sont plutôt haut pour la quantité dans l'assiette. Tout dépend des plats. C'est bien présenté. Les jus devraient être du frais pour ce genre d'établissement.

Nice place, family or even with friends.. get away .. calm, soothing, nature ... beautiful view ...value for money .. nice customer service.. walk around ... sea breeze .. beauT view infron the restaurant while having lunch ... service is great

Andrea Lodges is the place to be.Had such a great and wonderful time there.The food was awesome ???? .The sea view from the room is incredible ???? Thanks a lot to the Manager Alan for this memorable time we spent at Andrea Lodges.We also received a great service at the restaurant with Yoven.
A special thanks to Anil our guide for the hiking,he made us explore such beautiful and breathtaking scenery and views.

No 5 Star Hotel but definitely a wonderful place if you seek a quiet, beautiful lodge .

The rooms are nice, quite clean and offer the most spectacular view on the bay, the cliffs and the rising sun over the sea.

Definitely take the hike to Gris Gris beach with the guide (or do it by yourselves…). You will not regret it. Spectacular landscapes!

Dinner was very good, dry beef curry was tasty and plenty! Breakfast is simple but very good.

The staff are extremely nice and smiling!

We will definitely visit again.

I am wordless ???? Wanted to escape from modern life and was not surprised at all. It is a gem amongst all the other 4 or 5 star hotels. I recommend 100%. It is worth the 1km of unsmooth road ????. The staff members are nice, welcoming and passionate about their workplace.

Words fail to capture the wild beauty of this hidden treasure on the south of the island.

This venue was once home to some fortunate sugar estate employees and now it is a veritable secret getaway to calm the mind and heal the soul.

We walked along the coast and felt the sea breeze spray on our faces. We then had lunch at the restaurant which is reasonably priced and more affordable than many restaurants on the west coast. The service was good too.

Booking is essential!

Located in the middle of nature with Beautiful scenery with cliff and view on sea.
Even in the pool you can enjoy the view and the sound of waves crashing.

My family and I went went to Andrea’s Lodges, 4 times over the last 10years. Our last stay was last week for two nights. This place is magical, service was top notch, food was excellent and delicious.

We would recommend this place both for a couple getaway and also family weekend. The pathway to the cliffs is an ideal morning jogging spot. We even spotted whales dancing and jumping which was an out of the world experience. Quad biking is a must ! Staffs is generous and kind. What a magical stays

Really great place to be if you want an escape from the city centre and your busy life. The surroundings is really majestic with the view from the cliffs, the forests, waterfall and blue sea. Food and service was first class.
To get to the lodge once you arrive at the rocky pathway leading to the sugarcane fields just follow the white rocks with the arrows.
