Außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Das Buffet ist eine Klasse für sich!
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, leider ist am Abend kein wirkliches Programm geboten
Good service
Resort and rooms are clean and insects free, resort staff and room service is excellent. Variety of food options and at the highest level of professionalism.
Variety of activities are available as well. The resort is overall well designed and very “walkable”.
My husband tried snorkeling twice on the east coast but there was no tropical fish he could see...
The hotel itself is awesome, service is great, buffet breakfast and dinner are with great variations, everywhere is clean and they gave us a brilliant surprise of the birthday message for my husband on the bed with flowers. The gym is big enough for the holiday period and not too busy.
Le staff mauricien est chaleureux, attentionné et pro.
La plage est magnifique, et des bateaux navettes vous emmènent "gratuitement" à la superbe île Mongénie ou l'île aux Cerfs.
À l'hôtel, les piscines sont hyper agréables et les restaurants de qualité.

The breakfast is very nice with a lot of options.
The service is poor as the room cleaning wouldn't get done even after hours of telling them to get it done. This was a reoccurring problem throughout my stay.
The in-room dining lady was very sweet.
Vegetarian food options are very limited.
Der Aufenthalt in dem überaus großzügigen und toll eingerichteten „Zimmer“ hat uns überwältigt. Der Frangipanie Bereich ist gefühlt ein einziger Spa Bereich! Überall tolle Aussichten und kleine Wohlfühlecken, wirklich erholsam! Das Butlerteam um Mr. Sada war immer zur Stelle, wenn Fragen aufkamen!
Auch Kulinarisch ist dieses Hotel absolut top! Wir hatten noch nie in einem Hotel auf dieser tollen Insel solch eine abwechslungsreiche und hochwertige Vollpension! Die a la carte Restaurants waren allesamt Spitze! Unser zweites Zuhause wurde das Republik Restaurant, in dem es schon mit einem sehr persönlichen Frühstück begann. Zum Lunch fuhren wir einige Male auf die hoteleigene Privatinsel, auf der es ein vorzügliches Strandrestaurant gab! Die Trüffelpizza war der Hit! Das japanische Restaurant, Kushi, mit seinem überaus freundlichen Chefkoch Mr. Harry (wir lieben dein kreatives Essen) befindet sich für uns auf sterneniveau!
Ganz toll waren auch die verschiedenen,kulinarischen Events, die wir miterleben durften.
Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an Alle, ihr habt uns glücklich gemacht!

Hotel feels super private despite being a large complex. Adults only pool was divine and the beach was really clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also really good!
Only critique would be that the floor in the rooms were really slippery even though we didn’t get it wet? - it was quite dangerous ! And I got bitten a few times so wear bug spray!
Truly, this property is nothing but epitome of luxury.
The crowd at the hotel was mixed, and the atmosphere struck a good balance between being warm and upscale without feeling overly posh. Despite having 200 rooms, the property never felt overcrowded, which was a positive aspect.
We stayed in one of the Frangipani rooms, which were new and spacious, offering a nice ocean view. The interior had in some parts a somewhat business hotel feel, which was a minor downside.
During check-in, our room wasn't ready (which unfortunately was not well managed by the reception staff), so we saw one of the older rooms, which appeared to be in need of renovation. We leared that there will be vast rennovations especially on the main areas in 2024. The breakfast at the main house was great, but the beach breakfast could be improved with more options. The Indian restaurant on the property is recommended, while the other restaurants didn't quite justify their upscale prices.
Live music at the beach and in the bar was a highlight, with some talented musicians, some of whom are well-known on the island.
Service overall was excellent but had some inconsistencies. Some staff members went above and beyond, while others lacked motivation.
One downside is the high prices charged by the local taxi drivers if you want to leave the hotel. Renting a car is a better option for exploring the island. There is also a few nice restaurants around.
Lastly, the recommended boat trip. It allowed us to visit a waterfall, see dolphins, and explore the beautiful waters surrounding the island.
In summary, this hotel is a gem with its stunning property, great beaches, and a warm upscale atmosphere. While there are a few minor areas for improvement, our overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
Die private Insel hat uns besonders gut gefallen.
Der Service ist Weltklasse und es wirkt als würden die Personen froh sein dort zu arbeiten.
Die Massagen waren auch sehr gut.
Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die könnte moderner sein. Das hat aber die wunderschöne Natur am Hotel ausgeglichen.

والله بكل امانة مادري من وين ابدا فالمدح لهذا الفندق الجميل جدا جدا
كانت اقامتي فيه ٣ ايام كان ودي اني رتبت اني اجلس في هذا الفندق اكثر من اللي قبله ، ولاكنني انصح انصح انصح وبشده الاقامه في هذا الفندق والله خدمته جدا ممتاز واكلهم جدا ممتاز والموظفين جدا خدومين ودايم يبتسمون واخص بالشكر للموظفين اللي تحضرني اسماهم ( جون مار ) كان دايم يسالني عن الاقامه وفيه اي ملاحظات وايضا موضف اللي رتب لنا حجوزات المطاعم اذا ماخاب ضني اسمه ( ناصر ) وايضا اشكر المانجر ( جسان ) اتوقع كذا اسمه ، كان جدا خدوم من ناحية تسجيل الخروج ، وشكرا على حسن الضيافة شانغريلا????
