The food every day was amazing and we even got to experience some pop up food stalls on the beach during our stay.
The all inclusive concept makes it a great value stay as well. Any extras are clearly communicated, so you know exactly what to expect.
The ambience of the resort was an amazing balance of tranquil and energetic in other parts, with something for everyone within.
One of the managers, Jess, was particularly helpful and kind enough to provide some pointers during our early morning check out - making it a very seamless process.
Overall, I would give this place 11/10 and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

The staff at C Mauritius deserve a standing ovation. They display professionalism, creating an atmosphere of unmatched comfort. Their commitment to making guests feel special is exceptional. It's almost as if they have an innate ability to anticipate your every need. Among these remarkable individuals, a few stand out:
Manish, the extraordinary bartender, who mixes not only the finest drinks but also is the most genuine and humane person we have ever met.
Wadie, our culinary guide, who seemed to intuitively know our preferences, curating unforgettable dining experiences with a touch of genuine warmth.

It's only fair to say that C Mauritius deserves recognition for its outstanding offerings. The facilities are top-notch, and the food is consistently fresh and delectable. The list of wines and premium spirits included in the all-inclusive package is nothing short of impressive. From a culinary perspective, there's something to tantalize every palate, whether you have a penchant for succulent meats or freshly caught seafood.

1. Staff: 11/10. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and suit your every need, no matter how small it is, always with a smile on their face. Bravo!
2. Room: 9/10. Room was comfortable, big bed, ocean view, blackout curtains, AC, SmartTV, Free Wi-Fi etc. Only downside was that we had a couple of small ants visiting, wasn't something bad but it would have been better without.
3. Location: 10/10. The hotel is nice, very chiq, pool, spa, 2 bars, awesome beach (sand cleaned every day). What some people might not like: the first 4 days (starting 4th of October), it was a little windy. This is great for watersports (kiteboarding), but it can be a little cold outside when you get out of the water. Last 3 days wind stopped considerably, but you could feel the air getting hot, no wind to cool it down. As it is located in the East, not a lot of tourist activities around, more for relaxation, but they arranged activities to the sides of the Island (1 hr drive by private taxi, cost around 4000-5000 Rp for 7-8 hr.)
4. Food: 10/10. We had the all inclusive package, breakfast was similar every day: eggs, omlette station, pancakes, fruit, cereal, meats and cheese etc. Lunch and Dinner were different almost every night, didn't repeat the food in 1 week. If you miss a meal, don't worry, the 2nd bar was serving pizza, pancakes, sandwiches, fruit platter, sweets between meals. We also tried the a la carte restaurant (reservation only, free of charge). Menu was small, food was very good: I recommend the tuna tartar, sushi and the creme brulee was to die for.
Overall, very good value for the money. Again, congratulations to the staff, especially Manish. Bravo!

The (octopus) shower at the beach could have some more pressure, it would be nice to put candles at the restaurant/bar tables in the evening and it would be good to have a dessert fork as a standard cover for dinner, so you don’t need to ask for it.
Must say it was a bit annoying how the staff at every meal approaches you and asks for your room number, often more than just one person; seems a bit unorganized. They should have a better system for getting your room number rather than interrupting in the middle of lunch/dinner.
Also, had to pay full price for a "spa facial" even though I only got half the service as my husband did; I am pregnant so I can’t have any non-pregnancy friendly chemicals on my skin which I informed ahead of time. Instead of giving me something "extra" like a facial massage I had to lay for 50 minutes untouched and still pay full price, when my husband got the full experience for the same price.
