Le bar, le personnel et le petit déjeuner niquel et l'hôtel est très bien placé.
Concernent la chambre celle-ci est fonctionnelle et agréable.

Sin duda resaltar el servicio del personal de cafetería y comedor. Buscaron todo tipo de opciones para ofrecerle al niño y adecuar su cena, todo ello fuera de carta.

Recuerdos desde Bilbao
We booked five days for our honeymoon in one of the suites on the 7th floor including a big terrace and jacuzzi.
ROOM: the room was spacious and overall clean, in particular the bathroom was quite modern. There was some wear here and there, nothing terrible, but for a 5* at 1k€ a night (roughly) it’s probably deserving of some renovations. I shouldn’t have to call maintenance to extend the sunroof, and the toilet door shouldn’t jump off the rails.
HOTEL: the hotel’s location is fantastically central, and you’re in walking distance to many things the city has to offer. The Red Level lounge underperforms, it’s a small room with some drinks and so-so snacks. I see no reason to spend any time here ever other than while waiting for your room to be ready.
SERVICE: our room was turned several times a day, staff is always super friendly. A special shoutout goes to the really nice cleaning staff. When we had to call for maintenance or anything else the response was always prompt. My expectation for a 5* has been fully met here.
FOOD: we ordered breakfast via room service one day, and this was hands down the biggest letdown. For 15€ for a single avocado toast I expect better than a soggy slice of toast, it was inedible. Our complaint to this was never met with any response — absolutely not worthy of a 5*! The minibar is, as everywhere else, hopelessly overpriced, and makes you just not want to use it at all, what a shame. As for regular breakfast or the restaurants, we didn’t use those — and why would you? There’s so much amazing food in the area, go out and experience it!
AMENITIES: we really only used our private jacuzzi. We certainly enjoyed it, though it was visibly a bit older, and we had to call maintenance once due to the water level. But relaxing in it in the afternoon sun high above the city was a real pleasure.
All in all I’d say the hotel is a great choice and performs really well in general, though falls just a tad bit short for a 5* at this price point. We don’t regret staying here at all, though, and had a great time. The biggest shame is the really poor room service food, when enjoying breakfast on our private terrace would otherwise be a unique experience.
