A good stay on the budget.

The travel agent booked the camp ground at this hotel in advance. When we reached the campsite, the camp ground became a construction site. The swimming pool was also converted into construction site. Tho the hotel staff offered the group to camp right next to the construction site which was occupied by nails, woods and other construction materials when we arrived in late afternoon, it’s unsafe and ridiculous that our group was not informed.

After a bunch of hassle, some of the group manage to “upgrade” to rooms while the rest camp in front of the lawn of the restaurant/ bar. The hotel offered to let us use one of the guest room for quick shower till 7:30pm ONLY AFTER we actually asked multiple times, which should have been proactively arranged by the hotel given that it’s their fault.

Despite the staff are polite, I do find this place a total SCAM!

Worst stay I’ve ever had. The customer service is laughable because there is none. Booked a Suite reservation, with confirmation and the manager told us we did not and had us wait in the lobby for close to 2 hours. Then they tried to pawn me off to a standard room in a different building that wasn’t the hotel, but still pay Suite price.

We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception. After we spoke to our manage magically a deluxe suite opened up and we had the room we paid for. The hot water in the shower latest less than 5 minutes and the mattress was basically a box spring with no padding at all. Not being dramatic, the worst $126 stay I’ve ever had across the world.
