Beautiful and modern hotel in an amazing location beautiful large rooms would stay here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it walkable to all the main attractions in Taormina. wonderful staff, especially the doorman Angelo and receptionist sara. very helpful and accommodating. thank you!

Nous avons passé deux jours très agréables en famille. Hotel très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Personnel très professionnel, disponible et attentionné. Ils nous ont suggéré des adresses de restaurants où nous avons passé des moments inoubliables. Merci!

It was raining & we stopped at your hotel. Even though we were staying nearby, Angelo helped us arrange for a valet service to park our car & helped us with our luggage so we could enjoy a lovely lunch upstairs in the hotel. How fortunate you are to have him as an employee!! The waiter who served us a delicious lunch & wine was also lovely as was the food. Even though we didn’t stay at the hotel, based on our experience, we will recommend it.

My family and I leave your beautiful hotel later today, and I wanted to share, particularly with hotel management, that every member of your staff was professional, kind and went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful.

Giuseppe and Stefano’s service at dinner was excellent and Giuseppe kept us engaged with local events, history and sites to see. The food is excellent! And Stefano and Giuseppe are true professionals.

For breakfast, Monica’s kind and friendly service, warm greetings and attentiveness made each day start with a comfortable and enjoyable family gathering.

The maid service and front desk were also friendly and professional.

Thank you all for making our stay fantastic.

We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and look to stay with you when we return.

Sono veramente sorpresa da questa struttura per molti fattori, la posizione panoramica nel cuore di Taormina, la location molto curata elegante e raffinata, la cucina veramente spettacolare e delicata e molto ben presentata, inoltre NH hotel possiede una meravigliosa terrazza panoramica che permette di ammirare la costa , lo staff molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti! Abbiamo conosciuto la struttura Grazia a Ilaria Intelisano

Finalmente professionisti che amano il loro lavoro. Lo staff rende unica anche la più piccola esperienza. Contentissime le mie figlie che sono davvero esigenti. Cura nei dettagli. Da lodare.

Von Anfang bis Ende sind wir rundum gut versorgt worden. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein, aber schön. Dafür ist das Badezimmer umso größer und gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

I stayed at the NH Collection during my wedding week in Taormina. The service was amazing and the staff were truly wonderful! Angelo was one of the best people there, he always greeted us with a kind smile and he would be the reason I would go back to the NH. Angelo's kind hospitality and warm greetings really made our experience so wonderful. The hotel is clean, in a good location, and did their best to ensure my wedding day and week were perfect. I am so thankful we choose the NH!
