Nice hotel, everything is just new. Very kind and attentive hotel staff. Good breakfast. Perfect to stay for a trip to the islands

For my business trip, the hotel was well located. Staff eager and friendly. Fitness room was the weak spot. Don't plan on using it if you are serious about exercise.

Έχει πολύ καλη ( καθαρά προσωπική εκτίμηση κ γνώμη) κουζίνα!

Τέλειο καφέ! Χαμογελαστό προσωπικό.

Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν το δωμάτιο που αν κ διέθετε χώρο να βγεις έξω είχε έναν τεράστιο τοίχο.

Hotel in posizione strategica per gli imbarchi per le isole Eolie, check in h24, camere confortevoli, personale attento, professionale, disponibile.
Un ringraziamento particolare a Simona, ha gestito in modo perfetto il ns soggiorno ( 10 persone), lunch ottimo.

Sie versuchen sich zu bemühen. Das Umfeld gleicht einem verlassen Ort, da viele Häuser als Ruinen leer stehen.
Nach meinen Erlebnissen kann ich leider nur ×× (2) Sterne gesamt vergeben.
Bedauerlich, da das Hotel die Zimmer und das Interieur modern.gahalten hat

After a sailing accident landed my father in the hospital in Milazzo, I had to find a hotel to stay in and chose La Bussola Hotel. I ended up spending a total of 11 nights here, so became very acquainted with the hotel and area. From the moment I checked in, I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from the hotel staff. Simona went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible, providing recommendations, extending my stay as needed, etc. I don’t speak Italian, and everyone was great with speaking english. The location is absolutely ideal, located right across from the harbor and within a 5-10 minute walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The included buffet breakfasts in the morning were delicious and as soon as they saw me they brought me my coffee without my even having to ask and would then bring my car up right away. This was a very stressful time under the circumstances, and I feel grateful to have found this place to stay with these kind, helpful people, while managing everything with my dad in the hospital. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A+ all around, Grazie!

Ero ospite,non conosco il prezzo.
Albergo ben arredato in posizione strategica. Confortevole, personale gentile ed esperto.
Qualche particolare da migliorare (candeggio asciugamani, tinteggiatura da rinfrescare).

Se non avete grandi pretese, é una buona soluzione in relazione ad un prezzo non troppo alto. Vicino il porto ed anche il centro

L'hotel è sul porto ma con mia immensa sorpresa la zona è molto pulita e tranquilla , nonostante il via vai delle navi per le isole eolie è veramente silenziosa e si ha subito accesso al centro della città a piedi senza problemi .
La mia camera, bellissima , gode di una terrazza privata, un piccolo angolo esclusivo dove rilassarsi a fine giornata.
Personale disponibile sorridente e cortese, fin dall'accoglienza per la colazione, sempre abbondante e varia con molte specialità siciliane .

Room was good size, however overran with ants. Breakfast was a great selection of delicious foods.

הצוות מכבה את המיזוג בזמן שאתם ישנים, התעוררנו מזיעים והלי יכולת לשנות את המצב.
ארוחת בוקר דלה ולא מגוונת ומיקום המלון מול הנמל הרועש מאוד.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte. Personale super qualificato e sempre disponibile. Struttura pulita, accogliente a 100 metri dall’imbarco. La consiglio.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff super friendly, the room huge and well equipped. Breakfast delicious!! Super close to the port and minutes by car from the train station. I would definitely stay here next time. Thank you for the great experience ????
