In Mission gibt es Dutzende von Taquerias, und es ist schwierig, sich darin zurechtzufinden. Diese ist bei den Einheimischen beliebt, was die Sache einfacher macht. Eine gute und beliebte Adresse mit farbenfroher mexikanischer Dekoration und geselligen Tischen. Der Star auf der Speisekarte: der Mojado-Burrito, der angeblich doppelt so groß ist wie normal und weithin mit Rindfleisch und Avocado gefüllt serviert wird. Das Haus serviert auch pechugas suizas - Hähnchenbrust mit grüner Tomatensoße und Chili -, gegrilltes Fleisch vom Grill und herzhafte Enchiladas.

Ordered burrito mojado and carnitas plate. There was a long line, but they took the order really fast and served it really quick too! That doesn't mean they compromised with the quality.. the carnitas was flavorful and rice was great. I wish the beans could be a little spicier. I love the green salsa, not so much of the other salsa because it's tangy. Tables were available but need to be cleaned a bit. We shared a table with strangers, which is no problem because we're only party of 2. 10/10 will recommend!

Overall, the food was good, but with so many selections of taquerias in the Mission, it was a bit pricey and had a minimal selection of food on the menu. It's not my go-to taqueria, but it's quality fresh food. It was not a busy spot, yet trash was left on tables from past diners.

For the truly indulgent, the Super Taco is still a great deal at $6 (plus tax). If you're like me and mostly skip cheese & sour cream, and if you're willing to forego the avocado, I'd go with the regular Taco which is $1 cheaper. It's still made with onions & salsa, and as always their table chips & salsa are free!
