Great start to our US holiday! At check in staff were so welcoming and were asking if they can help us with things to do while we are in san francisco. From day one everything was spot on! Room service, bar, gym...everything! We have to say this is our #1 hotel out of all hotels we stayed during this trip!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the SF St. Regis Hotel bar and lounge area! The bartenders and servers were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every moment was enjoyable. However, the standout was the manager, Mandeep, whose excellent service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for their top-notch service and ambiance.

Lumpy old beds that cause actual pain sleeping on them, tiny showers smaller then a port a potty. Polite front desk and staff, unsympathetic and dismissive director of front office. Any complaints will get a canned email response, and you’re dreaming if they’ll take any steps to make your complaint rectified or attempt to assure that you are a satisfied customer

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I had never stayed in a hotel like this and my girlfriend and I went for Christmas and to say we were blown away would be an understatement. The rooms, the service, the restaurant, all amazing. I don't usually care for hotel food, but it was actually something I would eat, even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. Everything about this hotel, from the rooms to the slippers they gave us, everything screams luxury and relaxation. It was amazing.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding reception at the St. Regis San Francisco, and I must say it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the St. Regis team, led by the incredible Meeting and Event Manager, Joyce Ordonez, exceeded our expectations and created a magical atmosphere for our special day.

Joyce Ordonez deserves special recognition for her exceptional professionalism and dedication to making our reception perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and warm demeanor made us feel like we were in capable hands throughout the entire planning process. Joyce truly understands the importance of such a momentous occasion and worked tirelessly to make it a day we will cherish forever.

The entire staff at St. Regis San Francisco deserves commendation for their warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel right at home. Their commitment to providing outstanding service was evident in every interaction. Whether it was assisting with our requests or simply offering a friendly greeting, the staff made our entire wedding party feel welcomed and valued.

The bar lounge at the St. Regis was a delightful surprise. It was not only impeccably clean but also provided ample seating for our guests. We appreciated the sense of privacy it offered, allowing our group to enjoy each other's company in a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The combination of privacy and a touch of luxury made it the perfect place for our guests to relax and enjoy the evening.

And let's not forget the food! The culinary delights served at our reception were simply amazing. From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Our guests raved about the quality of the food, and it truly added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

After our incredible experience, there's no doubt that the St. Regis San Francisco will be the only hotel we consider when we visit the city in the future. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the genuine care shown by the entire team, especially Joyce Ordonez, left an indelible mark on our hearts. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding reception, and we are immensely grateful to the St. Regis for making our special day absolutely magical.

部屋は清潔感があって綺麗です。
朝食がおいしい。
ユニオンスクエアまでは徒歩10ー15分ほど。
最上級に便利な場所ではないが、
不便はしなかったです。
ホテルのルームサービスのハンバーガーは5000円位。為替も良くないし、
今のアメリカは全体的に物価が高いですね。

A very good hotel, as you would expect for a St Regis. However, I simply had to post this review due to the breakfast experience. We ordered 2x avocado toast (note, the menu has plural “eggs” in the description and it comes with 1 complete egg!), 1 tea, 1 cappuccino (not made well at all) and the bill was over $120 inc service! (See photo of bill!) To get that “s” in the “eggs” on the menu, we ordered an extra egg! While I balk at the current unsustainable prices at 5 star establishments in the USA, this experience set a very sad new low. The food tasted pretty good, but if being generous I would value it at absolute maximum of half what was paid. At some point, customers like myself will eat elsewhere next time. Sadly that point has now been reached for my colleagues and I - it’s just not worth it.

A great stay at the St.Regis SF! We received a totally unexpected upgrade at check in and were helped by a world class staff! Room was amazing and the food was great! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

In the past three weeks, I've stayed at three St. Regis properties and one Ritz (SR Maldives, Singapore, SF / Ritz Tokyo), and I must say, this was the only one that disappointed me - and in a significant way.

I've written 40+ reviews on Google - all of them have been 5 stars except this one (and still, three stars). Here's my reasoning:

Check-in: The checkin process was smooth and easy, just like alil of the other hotels. As a Marriott Titanium Elite using confirmed Suite Night Awards who checked in on a cash purchase through AMEX FHR, I was disappointed to be upgraded to the one of the lowest-level suite classes when there was plenty of inventory in higher level suites on the website - this comes after being upgraded to a 1,000 sqft suite in Tokyo at the Ritz simply because of my status - on an award redemption with no suite night awards. Disappointing, but not the end of the world.

The room quality: Having stayed in multiple properties over the past three weeks, the rooms clearly were built with a lower level of quality - laminate floors, drawers that close without cushions and make loud "thud" sounds, and more. Even so, I gave the rooms 4 stars, because it's a nice room and a great view.

The service: This has to be the most disappointing. Here are my experiences with the service:
- Experience#1: Room service ordered for breakfast with a 25-30 minute delivery window (they specifically said 8:55-9:00). I don't remember exactly, but it was at least 40-50 minutes before the food was delivered - which impacted our plans for the rest of the day. The food was lackluster for the price - a $90 breakfast of two mains and no drinks (they were included in the Butler service). The bagel & locks was disappointing - the presentation was beautiful, however.

- Experience #2: Room service ordered at 1:20 AM after a late night on the town - Delivery window provided was 30-45 minutes. That's a long delivery window for late-night food (sandwiches). The food arrived no earlier than 2:10-2:15 AM, and half of the order was missing. The staff member went downstairs to get it - 5-10 minutes later, I received a rushed second half of my order (a simple club sandwich) that maybe saw about 8 seconds in the toaster. Disappointing for the price, to say the least. I let the front desk know about this the following morning, and they comped it without any issue - even though I think it would have been appropriate for the server to offer upon failed delivery.

- Experience #3: I'm currently waiting on my food after this one: I came down to breakfast at 10:00 AM on a Sunday. I walked up to the bar, and the bartender didn't say anything to me - she just aggressively pointed at the front check-in counter. She seems to be in a poor mood and is letting that through on her customers - something I'd tolerate at a Holiday Inn, maybe, but not at a St. Regis. I walked up, and waited at least 3-4 minutes to talk to the front about what I was looking for (a to-go order). I read the menu, and waited another 3-5 minutes in line to place my order.

They weren't seating people due to an "unexpected big breakfast rush" - needless to say, I see nearly half of the tables in the restaurant empty.

I'm now waiting for my to-go order without any substantial indication of how much longer it's going to be.

Again, I don't typically write negative reviews - but, for the price of the booking, I have expectations from the St. Regis - this hotel failed to meet them.

I will add that Raj at the bar was an excellent, kind bartender. We enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his hospitality.
