The room was dirty, funky smell, no toilet paper in room. I called front desk, I have to go to them for toilet paper and towels. I had to leave the windows open to air out that smell. Breakfast was light, several items ran out of it.

Book a room for my parents with my free IHG Card free night to stay while they were visiting the hospital nearby. This was a great decision given the other options in the area that look more like motels that haven't been updated in a while. There was parking that looked safe. Also it's right next to the library if you get bored. The only drawback was after we got our room 2 busloads of students stopped by and there was a lot of running upstairs that really pounded into our room. If I could suggest anything get the top floor because this location seems to be a staying point for students coming to visit. Otherwise no complaints for a service or breakfast.

There was an issue with the toilet in our room and Yana immediately asked us if we wanted to go another room, and she put us into a room that was nicer than the original room. The breakfast was pretty good and location was also good. Staff very friendly and the person that took care of the breakfast was awesome.

My room was quiet. Not elegant but everything well maintained. Close to a variety of restaurants. Far from the crowd and noise of San Francisco but close enough to get to the attractions of the city.
Very good and courteous staff.

Exemplary customer service! Yana was so helpful in our booking of 4 rooms. Leading up to our stay and during our stay was wonderful. The night we checked Kirill was great - polite, friendly, and efficient.
Nice hotel, quiet, and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Service was impeccable. Location fantastic.. (walking distance to many conveniences). Staff so very nice, helpful and accommodating. Will be staying here every time I have to come up to the office from here on out. (Usually work via remote from Central Valley)

Clean, convenient, reasonably priced, friendly staff, almost perfect! One star deduction for room-temp breakfast of sausage, eggs, bacon that hopefully will be kept warm for future patrons.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were really good - lots of food choices. Good location. The Bella Bakery across the street was superb - especially the marzipan!!!

Nice Hotel that is in a convenient location. It is pretty clean some modern looking in the rooms. Continental breakfast, small gym. No pool.
Service was accomidating.

Stayed here twice now and will definitely stay here any time I am in the area. The staff had always been exceptionally friendly, even when we check in at 1am due to a late flight. The rooms are spacious and quiet to get a good night's rest. The breakfast is above the usual Holiday Inn Express quality level. Ample parking even getting in late. And lastly a great location to simply walk everywhere. There's so much to do within a 2 mile radius of the hotel, perfect to walk off dinner and enjoy the area.
