Cyndy was very friendly and a great host, as were the other staff. Cozy and cute place and affordable :) Close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come again!

This review is exclusively for the “Galante” room- we chose the option with a king bed because my partner is tall and is uncomfortable when he has to sleep with his feet hanging off the bed. The bed is so caved in, it felt like we were in a hammock, we didn’t realize this until the second night of sleeping in it. After 2 nights of sleep, my partners back was in pain and my pelvis felt like I had climbed a Mount Everest in my sleep - I could barely walk without horrible pain in my pelvic joints accompanied with limping. (It is almost 4 days later and I still have pain)
If you are looking for a king bed - please beware of the galante room unless management makes a replacement of the bed.
The room itself has no ventilation other than the balcony doors and front door save for a minuscule window in the bathroom. So after a shower it is a humid box.

Charming hotel with a wine theme in a convenient location, nice rooms

This hotel was the best in our trip. Very comfortable bad, I slept so sweetly for the first time that I didn’t want to go anywhere else , all furniture is new. Many things so nice in room, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

Beautiful property, neat and close to everything. The staff was personable, helpful and went out of their way to ensure our experience was memorable. Cindy, at the front desk was a pro and personally showed us to our room.

Great staff, beds, and grounds. We went over Thanksgiving with our 3 dogs (50, 20, and 15lbs). All of us were welcomed warmly. Definitely planning to book a stay again soon.

A great inn to sleep and relax!

It's a small Inn. We got a room that was facing the street. It was fine. Not much traffic. Loved the silence at night to sleep. Unfortunately the walls are thin. You can hear the people next to you very loud just by talking. If you go make sure you get a room that has a ventilation in the bathroom. We didn't realized it until the next day. They had a small window that was open in the bathroom for ventilation. If you close it and take a shower the whole bathroom is all wet. It was a good room. Not too big. I didn't know if they had other rooms that were bigger. We love the terrace with a big barrel for decor. Small wooden chairs and a table to sit and drink your wine or snacks. It was beautiful just to look out. Our room looked out at the other rooms and the terraces. The service people were nice and welcoming. It's when you need a towel or something they either get it for you or they tell you to pick it up in the office. Bring your own soap. The soaps were very small and it was old. It cracked and crumbled when I used it. No AC. They have tower fans. They have one vent for the heater. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Cyndy, one of the managers at the property, made this visit so great. She confirmed, modified, checked our reservations with us on the phone ahead of time. Made changes as we requested. Got us a great room and everything we needed on our stay. She was so helpful that we could just relax and breathe easy, and her personality was just delightful.
The location is super convenient for a quick drive or unhurried stroll downtown. Nice views of the mountains over the many interesting plants and trees on the brick paver and multi-trellised property. Super low key. If you want people fumbling over themselves to serve you this is not your place. Rooms are super clean, airy, and bright. Beds are top notch. Good coffee in the morning in one of the mini pots in the room.
I found stay here again in an instant.
Super easy drives to everywhere you’d want to go. Close the highway 1.
(Just because no place is perfect, the nighttime help sometimes struggle with communication and if your a business person who needs strong Internet this is not your place.)

First time here and definitely won't be my last. We got the suite and it's the most cutest comfortable place to relax. Brought my lil pomeranian and she loved it here. They have the cutest gardens and walk paths. Staff extra nice.

Room was exceptional. Tile throughout. Beautiful garden and landscaping.

The singular bit of shabbiness was the curtain rod? An easy enough thing to replace I an otherwise exceptional room! (Wonder why they would let that pass?).

I will stay again!

Charming property with twenty comfortable rooms many overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Rooms adjacent to the street are likely pretty noisy given they don't have air conditioning and you must leave the windows open. The parking area is a tight squeeze, bring a small car. Bathroom window, when open, gives no privacy.

Nice place. Clean. Very friendly. Just be aware major issues with Wi-Fi. Unable to call out via cell phone for hours. Happened at least twice in one day.

Charming, Quiet and convenient.

Well there are a couple of buildings - if you're in the building facing the road, it's not very quiet (they provide earplugs!) Ask to be in the building farther back. If you only using it as a base to sleep, it's not too bad, but it's not a place to hang out. The refrigerators are turned to the lowest setting, so if you put something in it, it won't get cold, you have to turn the dial up to like 7 to get it to actually chill. Also up a BIG hill from downtown, so although it looks walkable, it's pretty much a hike. Oh and there Internet is basically not usable, like 2 MB's Netflix kept saying "You're not connected."
