Sitting by the window, strong draft very uncomfortable. Service was slow but they were busy. Eggs, hashbrowns along with the slice of ham we're cooked just the way I like it, although the toast was cold and unbuttered. Orange they said was fresh squeezed was from a bottle tasted like Simply Fresh and was almost sour.

Went in around 8:30am, we could choose our table. If you go around 9AM, expect a full house and some wait time. They are busy!

Friendly server, great service, and yummy food. When we asked for 2 orders to-go, the server even tried to have the kitchen cooked the food closed to when we leave. The food stayed warm when got back to the resort! This is above and beyond service.

Also loved the restaurant decorations, full of history and very festive for the holidays.

I've been here several times in the past year and keep hoping the service will be better. I've had two of the same female servers (both of them appear to be over 50), and each time have been disappointed. When I was there for lunch this week, my experience started off with the cloth napkin having a big hair on it. And one of the same servers I've had before seemed generally irritated to be there and gave us very minimal customer service. She didn't even bother to say hello, just went straight to asking if we're ready to order. Nor did she say thank you or anything when she dropped off our tab. (To top it off, their only bathroom had a toilet that didn't work.) I don't usually leave reviews, but having given this place a chance more than once because I like to support local businesses, I'd rather spend my money somewhere that seems to care about giving better customer service.

Decent food, good service.
