Direkt neben dem Columbia Beach Hotel befindet sich dieser wunderschöne Komplex der 5-Sterne-Kategorie, der 2002 eröffnet wurde. Es liegt ideal am Strand und ist ein echtes Dorf mit Steinhäusern, die sich um einen wunderschönen Pool gruppieren. Hier strahlt ausnahmslos alles Luxus und guten Geschmack aus, sei es in den Zimmern oder in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Die Apartments sind groß und Sie werden von den an Indonesien erinnernden Möbeln und der sehr eleganten Dekoration begeistert sein. Die Einrichtungen sind bemerkenswert: Spa, Schwimmbäder, Tennis, Fitnessstudio, Sauna, Segeln, etc. Die Restaurants und der Service sind sehr angenehm. Ein Ort, der zweifellos zu den schönsten auf Zypern gehört.

It is not a new hotel but the service is simply , perfect.
The rooms are spacious and clean
The food is fresh and tasty
And the pools are nice and quiet although we came with three kids
The beach is with rocks and not send
The location is not close to the airport but we don’t mind
If you’re looking for a hotel with amazing atmosphere and quiet this is the place for you

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us, being a family friendly resort as well as known for relaxing holiday, our aim is to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
Regarding the incident at the main pool, as personally clarified with you we do allow children at the west lagoon pool, however we kindly ask parents to help us maintaining a quite atmosphere for all guests. My intervention, after my colleague by the pool informed you prior to it, did not mean to be abrupt but necessary after having received other guests’ complaints. While for your observation about other children playing loudly later, we do not have records of such an incident as our Pool Attendants intervene when such situation occur without discrimination of customers or ages.
As for our facilities, we understand your frustration if you felt there were limitations on their usage. We would like to clarify that while most of our amenities are open to all guests, certain areas or activities might have specific guidelines to ensure everyone's enjoyment and safety. And these information are openly disclosed on our website, rules and regulations and also stated on our resort APP, readily available for all our guests to consult. Moreover, signs are available by the west pool suggesting our guests with children to enjoy the other swimming pool for livelier swimming.
I apologize if during any part of our conversation I sounded rude, truly not in my intentions, rest assured we all appreciate your patronage and decision to stay at our Resort and we would love the opportunity to make amends and welcome you and your family back for a more enjoyable stay in the future.
