Meinungen PLAZA Sliema

Zimmer waren für den Preis schön. Frühstück und Abendessen waren eine Katastrophe! Weder wird auf Allergien eingegangen noch gibt es vegane Optionen. Essen hat keinen geschmeckt. Pool und Bar sind sehr schön.

It's a 3 star hotel,friendly staff and helpful, breakfast is good plenty of variety, bus stop outside and some good restaurants and bars beech across the road,

The room was clean, staff is helpful. Had a window that looked at a wall, so i loved the rooftop terrace to sit in the evening. The rooftop pool was also nice, closes at 7.
Location is great, nice boulevard and lots of restaurants nearby. Also you can cross the road and swim in the ocean. Would stay here again.

Our flight was delayed by nearly 12 hours so by the time we got to the hotel it wasn't far off midnight. There's 6 big concrete steps to go up to get in to the reception, the hand rail could do with being tightened as it's a bit wobbly, the reception area was clean and tidy and had some 2 seater sofas dotted about and toilets to the end, the man of reception could have been a bit brighter and happier and more pleased to see us, after the day we'd had a nice welcome would have been more appreciated, but he was fine. The hallways were well lit for night-time and we found the lift up to the 7th floor ok, the room was clean and tidy, 2 single beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, small kitchenette area with a table and chairs and the bathroom, and a small balcony over looking the coastline and sea. Luckily we had a bottle of water, tea and coffee and milk with us or we couldn't have had a drink, I know we went self catering, but a welcome pack would be nice instead of nothing, and reception didn't tell us there was a vending machine where we could get small bottles of water from. The beds were comfortable thankfully as it had been a long day, sitting out on the balcony was nice just looking out over the town and sea, even though there was not much room out there it was enough. The bathroom could do with a little bit of maintenance, just general on the shower and bath etc and freshening up a bit on the grouting and sealants would make it look better, but everything worked fine, and we were supplied with towels that were changed daily if wanted, although they could do with renewing as some were a bit worn thin. The kitchenette was ok, a 2 ring hob, kettle, fridge, sink and microwave above, and a few cupboards with basic items. There were no instructions on how to use the extractor fan or hob or microwave, so it was a bit hit and miss working it out, but do-able, and we didn't go hungry or thirsty. The air conditioning has to be switched back on each time you either go out of the room or open and close the balcony doors, which was a bit of a pain but a good idea really so it isn't just wasted being on constantly. There were several shops within a few minutes walking distance to get food and water, and everyone was friendly and helpful. There was a lovely bar/restaurant about 20 paces away from the hotel called Peppi's, highly recommend it, the staff there were very friendly and had a laugh with us and remembered us and our drinks each time we went, made everyone feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, and the food was delicious, not over priced either. There were several places you could get down to the sea and it was popular all day every day, and we had some good weather, about 30 degree every day. There were lots of small boats out on the sea every day and also ferries to take you to certain places on the island or over to Gozo. There's buses going through Sliema every few minutes to various locations all over the island, so no problems getting around and not very expensive, or there are excursions bookable and we had about 4 or 5 different bus stops within a few hundred yards of the hotel. There's a lot of building work going on around the island but it didn't interfere with our stay, we sat watching some of the workmen and massive cranes in the distance on more than one occasion while we were sat having a cuppa out on the balcony. Would visit Malta again but stay further round the island to see some of the other sites and stuff going on.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une très belle vue et de nombreux restaurants autour. Piscine extérieure sur le toit avec bar très sympa. Petit déjeuner très correct. Chambre simple mais propre.
Points négatifs : odeur de bacon le matin dans ma chambre à cause de la ventilation, nous avons essayé le buffet le 1er soir très décevant pour 30€, et plusieurs serveurs très désagréables.

Dos botecitos ridículos de gel. Desayuno simple y escaso. Pago extra por habitación con vistas al mar y veíamos las copas de unos árboles. Pago extra de 3 euros por el uso de Wi-Fi. Muy cutre no?

Weird entrance to hotels, can't use if disabled. One area behind Costas another through a pizza restaurant .
Clean rooms and very quiet with doors closed. Had to pay for tea making facilities.

A minha estadia no Plaza Regency Hotel foi verdadeiramente incrível. A estrutura do hotel é muito bem localizada, situando-se em Sliema, uma parte central de Malta. Como se pode ver, o local é limpo e bem organizado, oferecendo várias opções de serviços para turistas na região.

O hotel dispõe de uma piscina interna e outra no terraço, embora a piscina interna estivesse disponível apenas para uso durante o inverno. O nosso quarto era espaçoso e proporcionava uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. Apesar de termos ficado no segundo andar, a vista já era espetacular, mas imagino que em andares mais altos seria ainda mais impressionante.

O apartamento em que ficamos tinha uma cozinha completa e um banheiro amplo com banheira. Os armários também eram espaçosos e as camas, mesmo sendo de solteiro, eram tão próximas que pareciam uma cama de casal.

Uma parte que merece destaque é o café da manhã, que era realmente ótimo e farto. As refeições pela manhã eram tão satisfatórias que muitas vezes não precisávamos almoçar. A equipe da recepção nos atendeu muito bem, e a localização do hotel é um dos pontos mais positivos, uma vez que ele fica de frente para a bela Baía do Exílio em Sliema.

No geral, reservamos o Plaza Regency Hotel por meio de um pacote da Decolar e definitivamente valeu a pena. A nossa experiência foi tão positiva que eu recomendaria a estadia neste hotel para qualquer pessoa que visite Malta. A vista para o mar, o atendimento da equipe e a comodidade da localização tornaram a nossa estadia verdadeiramente memorável.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, fast schon eine kleine Wohnung mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Unser Hotelzimmer wurde anscheinend noch nicht stark saniert, jedoch was es für mich als Deutscher ordnungsliebender Mensch sehr sauber.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war ausbaufähig, jedoch findet man schnell etwas was einem doch gut schmeckt.

Just got back to the UK after spending 14 days at the Plaza Regency.
My wife & I have stayed here most years since 2011 and have always had a great stay.
The staff are friendly & helpful, always saying hello as we pass.
The room is always kept spotless by the cleaning staff and the view is fantastic. (We always opt for a sea view room).

Świetny hotel, pokoje duże i balkon z którego rozciąga się piękny widok. Na dachu cudny basen i mnostwo miejsca do opalania.

Great place to stay for the price.

Paid for a single room and breakfast for 5days. Single rooms are really small and the bed tiny. Also the bathroom is tiny. I advise you go for a bigger room. Breakfast was really good and there were options to choose from. Hotel is located in the center of Silema, so it easy to go anywhere. There is a bar on the top floor of the hotel and a restaurant downstairs so you have options to choose from when it comes to dinner.

Modern en netjes hotel direct aan de kust en op loopafstand van meerdere gezellige restaurants ne het winkelcentrum. Direct voor de deur een coffeecorner en in het straatje erachter een leuk klein cafétje.

Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar smaakvol en de verzorging is goed. Tijdens het eten heb je een mooi uitzicht over de zee. Bovenop het hotel bevind zich een zwembad en zijn er ligplekken om van de zon te genieten, met een geweldig uitzicht over de baai.

Graag zou ik meer faciliteiten zien zoals een gameroom (poolen, darten, etc). Maar verder heb ik geen opmerkingen.

Prima verzorgde kamer met 3 bedden gekregen nadat we eerst een kamer met 1 tweepersoonsbed hadden gekregen. Fijn dat dit zo snel geregeld kon worden. Airco werkte prima en het onderhoud aan het hotel is prima, beddengoed elke dag netjes opgemaakt.

Schön ist der kleine Pool mit Bar am Dach. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls vielfältig und manchmal gibt es ein Buffet als Dinner.
Im Speiseraum gibt es Blick zum Meer.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel qui a une vue sur mer de beauucoup de chambres; y compris de la terrassse panoramique. Chambres strandards mais très propores et correcte. Un peu de bruit la nuit (rue juste en bas). Réception qui a soucis de bien faire. Chaque fois que nous avons rencontré un problème (mauvaise odeur dans la première chambre attribuée) une solution a été trouvée (changement de chambre). Très bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner buffet assez moyen mais vu le prix très bas, c'est correct
