Ein Pool ist kleiner und nur für Erwachsene. Auch der Innenpool mit Dampfbad und Sauna top. Wasserproben werden täglich entnommen. Wir empfanden die Lage etwas abseits, weil es daher ruhig war, super. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Wasser und an den Fähren und Bushaltestellen.
Haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und mit diesem Hotel auf Malta die perfekte Wahl getroffen..

Bref nous sommes déçu et nous ne trouvons pas cela très commercial.

Pluspunten van het hotel: goede ligging tov de ferry naar Valletta, uitgebreid en gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet, goede bedden, zwembaden (binnenbad was gesloten wegen onderhoud), turndown service,...
Waarom dan geen topscore?
Enkele kleine onderhoudsmankementen zoals de dichting van de douchedeur die lekte waardoor er veel water op de badkamer- en kamervloer terecht kwam, slordige gordijnen, spleet onder de kamerdeur waardoor geluid van de gang hoorbaar was geeft een welverdiende 4/5.

- Leider war die Hygiene nicht wie erwünscht (z.B. Schimmel an der Decke, Flecken an Handtücher,...)
Anmerkung: Nach der Anfrage bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer.
- Klimaanlage konnte man leider nicht genau regulieren
- Dusche hat immer überflutet an Wasser
Positiv:
- Aussicht war sehr schön!
- Mit einer der besten Gyms, die ich jemals in einem Hotel gesehen hab (gute Auswahl an Geräten, TRX, genug Gewichte)
- Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl
- Zimmerservice
- Lage (Bushaltestelle sehr nah, Promenade sehr nah,...)
Zum Punkt der Hygiene: Malta ist generell nicht ein sehr sauberes Land, z.B. werden die Mülltüten einfach raus gelegt auf die Straße. Das führt zu Ungeziefer und Gestank in der Stadt allgemein. Schade, da Malta an sich sehr viel bieten kann...
Daher muss man ein Auge zudrücken bei der generellen Hygiene auch in Hotels ;)
Es ist eine Freude zu lesen, dass unsere Bemühungen dazu beigetragen haben, vielen Ihrer Kriterien zu erfüllen, und möglicherweise sogar dazu beigetragen haben, Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel zu einem erfolgreichen und unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen.
Besonders Ihre Kommentare zum Zimmerservice, Gym und Fruehstueck werden geschätzt.
Wir möchten betonen, dass es ein System gibt, wie Müll gesammelt wird und dass er nicht einfach auf der Straße liegen gelassen wird, um irgendmal gesammelt zu werden. Dreimal pro Woche wird organischer Müll abgeholt, einmal pro Woche wiederverwertbarer Müll und zweimal pro Woche sonstiger Müll auf der ganzen Insel, auch an Feiertagen. Für diejenigen, die sich nicht an diesen Zeitplan halten, werden Bußgelder verhängt – und die Bußgelder werden tatsaechlich verhängt. Auch der Müll wird kostenlos abgeholt.
