Worst experience I've had traveling.
Disgracefull staff who seemingly had 0 training, 0 manners or experience. Rooms that are only "clean" on the surface (for e.g we had cig butts on our balcony).
And to top it all of, one of the nights, a fire alarm just blurt out at like 5am. In every room. There was no fire, but even if there was, don't count on the staff to let you know a thing. You can count on them to force entry in your room, push you, speak loudly at someone who was just forcefully woken up by an hotel mistake or loop or wtv that was, and then leave not even closing the door. I've heard about Malta hospitality, I never thought it was this bad. Absolutely disapointing from a "4star hotel".

At least it's close to the beach and casino.

My name is Luai and we are a music band who stayed at the hotel and I would really like to thank the amazing staff specially Arnel who on several occasions was very helpful and kind! He helped us with our rooms requests as well as going an extra mile in providing support to the best of his abilities for us to have a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. Recommended :)

Aspecte pozitive: curatenia, camere spatioase, personal ok,mancare variata si de buna calitate la restaurant.
Aspecte negative: mobilier vechi, debit apa foarte scazut( la limita utilizarii), un aer general de hotel vechi cu dotari invechite.
Localizarea este acceptabila, dar situat intr-o zona asemanatoare Centrului Vechi - galagie si oameni care au consumat excesiv bautura.
Ce nu am inteles:
1. de ce hotelul are 4 stele( unul de 3 stele din Romania este dotat chiar mai bine)
2. Plata a 4 euro ptr 2 cartele acces in camera.
3 .Plata a 150 euro garantie ptr camera ( au fost returnati la plecare)
Cel putin ultimele 2 puncte nu le-am mai intalnit pe nicaeri....
In concluzie, pot spune cu indulgenta ca este un hotel acceptabil, dar cu siguranta nu va mai fi o optiune intr-o posibila deplasare viitoare.

We appreciate your comments regarding your recent visit to the Golden Tulip Vivaldi. We were thrilled to read that you had a wonderful time, thanks in large part to the cosy room we provided you, the lively, central location, and the great service of the hotel staff. We apologise for any difficulty mentioned in your remarks and assure you that we have taken them in consideration but we would like to mention that: 1. With regards to your remark that we are not 4 stars, we would like to mention that every year the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) comes to check that our 4-star standards are kept and hence, your remark could be misleading to potential guests. This is not something we give ourselves but it is a rating given to us. 2. The payment of 4 Euros was towards city tax which is in effect in all Europe and has nothing to do with room access cards. 3. As you mentioned, the 150 Euros are taken as guarantee. This could be in the form of cash or credit card and covers any extra items you may have from the hotel, which also includes the damaging of goods.

We thank you for having stayed with us and in the future, we hope to see you again in Malta.
