Das Hotel befindet sich im Herzen des Touristenkomplexes von Portomaso, dem großen Stolz Maltas. Ein wunderschöner, geschlossener Jachthafen, Geschäfte, Restaurants... Das Hotel ist ein luxuriöser Ort, der traditionellen Komfort mit modernem Design verbindet. Die Zimmer bieten von ihren Terrassen aus einen herrlichen Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist beeindruckend: drei von Bäumen gesäumte Außenpools, zwei Kinderpools, ein Hallenbad, ein privater Strandclub mit zahlreichen Wassersportaktivitäten, ein Fitnesscenter (Fitnessstudio, Behandlungen, Saunen...), Golf, Klettern oder Reiten. Zahlreiche mediterrane Restaurants, Grills und vor allem das ausgezeichnete Royal Thai Blue Elephant, das für seine orientalische Küche sehr bekannt ist. Auch die Bottega del Vino (italienische Spezialitäten) ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Poolbereiche sind riesig und bieten ausreichend Platz, um sich zu entspannen und die Sonne zu genießen. Alles ist stets sauber und gut instand gehalten, was zeigt, wie sehr das Personal sich bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Die modernen Einrichtungen runden das Gesamterlebnis ab und lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Ich kann das Hilton Malta nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr. Dieses Hotel hat definitiv einen festen Platz in meinem Herzen!

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to have fallen short of your expectations during your visit to the Hilton Malta, chiefly because of the distance you perceived between the various spaces of the hotel.
The hotel is built in a crescent shape, and this necessarily entails some distance from the main Lobby and the public spaces to the furthest rooms at the edge of the hotel footprint; but our team members are keen to direct guests to their desired locations, to assist, and, if necessary, to offer alternatives. Please do reach out to our team members if you should need such assistance during a future visit.

Pool trotz Außentemperatur von 28-30 grad nur max. 20 grad kalt !
Die Liegen sind schmutzig und der Boden drumherum ist so schmutzig das man wenn man aus dem Pool zur liege geht, schmutzige Füße hat.
Frühstück ist wie in einer Bahnhofshalle laut und unübersichtlich , Speisen 10 Tage immer gleich auch immer das gleiche Obst , das Highlight waren die smoothies, Omelett in der gusspfanne war grauenhaft hatte immer schwarzes an meinem Omelett von der Pfanne.
Zimmer okay, sauber und gut ausgestattet , aber genau darf man auch nicht hingucken.
Hilton 5 Sterne ist eher ein schlechtes 4 Sterne Hotel
Wir würden nie wieder das Hotel buchen.

We provide a full buffet breakfast in our main restaurant, with salads, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit and yoghurts, cooked items including omelettes made to a guest's preference, and local items. We vary our range of items from day to day, with the aim of meeting as many of our guests' tastes and preferences as we can. We are sorry that you felt there was insufficient variety; please do reach out to our Chefs during a future visit, if any of the cooked items does not meet your expectations, or if you wish for a particular item - we often serve items straight from the main Kitchen which may not be on display in the restaurant. Certainly your visit was during a very busy period, and some times are busier than others at breakfast, so we advise guests on the best times to join us for breakfast if they wish for a quieter experience.
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time at the pool. Our outdoor pools are at ambient temperature, as the climate in Malta is hot enough that guests wish for a refreshing experience in the water; but we do have a heated indoor pool, and we hope you enjoyed that during your stay.

We are sorry to have fallen short of your expectations in some ways. Please do reach out to our team members if you should require anything for your room, including the removal of minibar items, during a future visit. We have filtered water faucets in all our rooms - to eliminate the use of plastic/glass bottles, one of our environmental goals - but we do provide bottled water if the guest requests it. We are also always happy to provide amenities, extra bedding or towels, or make other arrangements to ensure our guests feel at home in their rooms.
As you know, we thoroughly searched your room and the surrounding area for your ring, as well as all housekeeping materials that were removed from your room after it was vacated. Sadly, though, it was not to be found, and we are very sorry for this.
