Increíble simple te sin palabras. Cogimos 4 noches por 99€ las habitaciones geniales muy amplias con todas las comodidades y la ubicación perfecta para poder moverte por malta. Estación de bus que te lleva a La Valeta justo a 3 min del hotel. Siempre súper amables y muy atentos. Si volvemos a malta repetiremos seguro. Por no hablar de las instalaciones (las piscinas y el bar súper súper bonitos)

Hotel dobrze skomunikowany. Blisko na przystanek autobusowy. Za 2 €można podróżować przez 2 godziny z przesiadkami. Dojazd do Valetty to czas około 1,5 godziny autobusem miejskim. Korek ma tu kluczowe znaczenie. Hotel czysty, jedzenie smaczne, obsługa miła.

The hotel provides enhanced amenities, but the overall condition feels worn and in need of renovation. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a good variety, though the coffee was disappointingly poor. Staff performed their duties but lacked initiative and attentiveness. Overall, an average experience that could be significantly improved with some refurbishment.

L’hotel est magnifique le spa très complet, les chambres sont spacieuses et possèdent tout le nécèssaire. Le personnel est trés charmant de l’accueil au bar au personnel de ménage jusqu’au employées du salon de massage tout le monde est extrêmement gentil et souriant, ils sont à l’écoute de vos demande et se démènent toujours pour les satisfaires ! Les prix sont vraiment peu cher quand on voit le service proposés, Allez y les yeux fermés sans problème vous ne le regretterez pas !

Pekný hotel. Trošku miestami labyrint, no človek si zvykne a orientuje sa časom. Izby čisté, my sme mali izbu s krásnym výhľadom. Raňajky ok, taký ten základ, Spa za mňa nič moc, ale to nevadí, aj tak nebol čas tam staviť čas. Vonkajší bar s bazénom upne top. Pekné, môže byť.

Customer service doesn’t work, AC non existent, definitely I don’t recommend this hotel although Malta is incredible. It’s far from a 4-star hotel.

Had a fantastic short, 4-night break here. Modern rooms, great breakfast, good facilities, really friendly and helpful staff. Location is great with easy access to restaurants and public transport. One of the best holiday experiences we've had.

The hotel overall was very clean the room we had was rather large apart from the shower because the shower head was static and not on a pole the water kept running off the end off the shower tray and flooding the shower room and outside of the shower door The 3 swimming pools the infinity pool had a great view off were the 17 century church the cave bar brilliant the food was more catered for the Germans that were staying there in the 7days we stayed there we only ate twice because the food in the evening was not to our taste or liking the breakfast was ok sort off the sausages looked like that they were boiled rather then cooked on a grill

I recently e enjoyed a deloghtful stay at this hotel. The beautiful sea and city views, delicious food and excellent service made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing gateway.

Since we arrived at the Pergola Hotel we were extremely welcomed.
Rouselle, the receptionist, was so friendly, kind and mainly patient with us and all ours doubts. Also helped us to choose the best excursions to the others islands. We got very thankful.

About the room, it was very comfortable with kitchen utilities.
We enjoyed a lot spending time at night drinking some wine while felt the Mediterranean brease (an amazing vibe).

The hotel is perfect, very well located, with many restaurants around for all kind of travelers. There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel and all are very clean. It has a big restaurant and also a bar beside the outdoor pool, an amazing place to stay and see the day goes out.
A good thing is that the hotel has a lot of discounts and promos you can enjoy anywhere, both in restaurant services and outside the restaurant.
The Melieha Bay is perfect to go with kids or only laydown and relax the sun/sea.

The spa also deserves a word.
I had one of the best experiences I have had in a Spa. As a masseur, I'm used to receive massages but nothing like what I had here. I also was very welcomed by Onidia, she explained everything about the massages I would like and helped us to get the best experience. She also showed us the spa and the amazing products they use, impossible don't enjoy the spa services.
We chose hydrobath massage with a glass of prosecco (we highly recommend, mainly for couples - so relaxing and romantic) and the Enchanted Aromas Getaway spa experience. The massage room was prepered for both of us and the masseurs (Melrose and Katherine) was very gently and made the massages in the pressure that we asked.

Beyond all of these, we felt so happy cause the hotel is very gay friendly. In our room they had the care to leave the spa folder personalized with a gay couple and we, as a woman couple, felt very well with.

The only thing I would say could be better is leave a recycled trash bin in the rooms.

Once again, thanks a lot for the amazing experience.

Auf den ersten Blick ist alles sehr schön, aber wenn man genauer hin schaut... Naja. Das Essen ist hervorragend, aber der Speiseraum ist super ungemütlich. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich und die Drinks in der Cave Bar schmecken. Zimmer und Pool Bereich sind sauber. Alles in allem trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Hotel liegt zentral. Bushaltestelle ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Von dort kommt man überall bequem hin (Valletta, Mdina, Sliema, Popey Village etc.). Fahrtkosten 2 EU pro Person, egal wo es hingeht.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein großzügig geschnittenes Studio Appartement. Bitte Adapter mitbringen, da englische Steckdosen.
Alles war sauber und bequem. Es war mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Dazu gab es Kaffesticks und Teebeutel zum selber aufgießen. Leider hatten wir keine schöne Aussicht (Baustelle). Pools waren sauber und schön und nicht überfüllt. Essen gab es in Büfettform. Es war alles reichlich da. Leider mochten wir einiges nicht. Aber das ist unser selbstverschulden.

Wer mal günstig eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte, dem kann ich Champs (Pastizzi) empfehlen.

Ottimo hotel, colazione e cena a buffet molto buone, camere spaziose e pulite, al piano 0 si trova un centro sub.
Bella la piscina sul tetto con vista del paese e il bar li vicino.
Consigliato.

Everything great except for the food. Food not so great

The room was nice and spacious, they had UK plug points which was nice. Breakfast was nice everyday. As we had a car were found the location was well suited for our trip.
Parking : Easy to park in the underground car park, costs €8 per day and I would highly recommend to contact them to reserve a spot as there are only 2 electric parking and 8 regular car spots. However you might be able to find on street parking in down seasons. We went in October and opted to have the daily security of a spot.
Amenities: We were able to use all the facilities in the hotel. They were all working when we were there.

Rooms, service and location all of great quality. Whilst the room we stayed in was basic it had all the amenities we required plenty of hot water at a decent pressure, air con that was of adequate capacity for the size of the room and plenty of lighting options. Balcony was provided direct from the room but the proximity of extraction vents from a kitchen made it fairly unusable at times. The extraction noise from the ducting up the side of the building was also constant for the majority of the day and evening eventually stopping around 11. All staff were excellent although the support we received when dealing with a medical emergency concerning our baby was minimal. Reception staff were, whilst of course concerned, only able to provide limited assistance. Location is fantastic only a short walk from lots of places to eat and visit including a few beaches. Bus stop very close by too which is always handy. Food was fairly standard for the type of hotel and the breakfast buffet became tiresome after 2-4 days so Starbucks was handy just a few steps away. We only ate at the restaurant one time in our first night choosing to our other days. Now, the other guests were interesting. Nice mix of people but what you generally find with these places is they are dominated by excessively rude and obnoxious Germans, Italians, French and Eastern Europeans. Not all the same but let’s just say we experience our fair share of cultural insight from certain residents to make me need to mention that some of the other guests can and will overbear themselves on people if allowed to get away with it so keep your eyes out for poor behaviour and ensure they don’t get away with it. Many occasions we were walking down a narrow corridor or path with a pram and they simply will not move as though they have a god given right to make people with prams move. Also they push in front of people fairly often no manners at all.

Lovely hotel located fairly centrally in Melieha. Lots of floors and lifts which go to different sections of the hotel but after a couple of days we figured out which lift we needed. Breakfast is very basic and a bit boring after a few days. Evening food was really nice as was the food at the cave bar. The hotel is very clean and tidy, staff are friendly and polite.

I also used the spa here and was disappointed with the customer service. Was undressed on the bed waiting for my massage to start when the lady on reception came in asking for my confirmation sheet as there had been a mix up. I told her I didn’t have a paper one as I booked online. It was resolved and my massage started, however another masseuse came into the room without knocking or any consideration. The massage I paid for wasn’t what I got but it was a good treatment. The receptionist should have sorted/ confirmed my appointment before I was taken to the room. Wouldn’t use the spa again.

Gutes ruhig gelegenes Hotel und dennoch zentral.
Das Frühstück war OK, der Kaffee war nicht so gut und das auffüllen des Saft Automaten hat nicht geklappt. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung durch mehrere Gäste wurde immer Ananassaft in das Fach für Orangensaft gegeben, den es nur auf Nachfrage gab.

Notre chambre n'était pas très moderne mais le reste des éléments de l hôtel sont très correcte.Le cadre et le panorama sont top.
Le personnel est très professionnel. Le Spa est un vrai moment de détente.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel und alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Servicepersonal ist Top ,besonders Suman und Budhar die waren so süss und herzlich zu unserem Sohn. Es war immer eine freude sie zu sehen und bedient zu werden.
Das Frühstücks und Abendessen Buffet war immer top,es hatte fûr jeden etwas

Merveilleusement adapté aux voyageurs individuels qui souhaitent découvrir l'île et également se détendre sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine. La ville de Melliah est encore assez originale et possède de très bons restaurants sur la place. La connexion en bus est vraiment bonne.
L'hôtel est relativement petit et dispose de nombreux appartements. Cela présente l'avantage que vous n'êtes pas seulement un numéro, mais que vous êtes traité de manière très amicale et serviable par le personnel attentif. L'équipe du Cave Bar est particulièrement sympathique et merci pour ce moment agréable au bord de la piscine à débordement.
Nous avons eu de la chance avec notre appartement avec vue directe sur la belle église et la mer. Mais il semble y avoir d'autres pièces aussi. Nous ne pouvons rien signaler à ce sujet.
Bien sûr, il y a toujours des choses qui pourraient être améliorées. Mais ce sont de petites choses qui peuvent être négligées. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous reviendrons.

Nous sommes à l'hôtel Pergola depuis une semaine,
Et nous obtenons ce que nous attendions concernant les chambres et les équipements ! Chambre propre et spacieuse et 3 piscines, espace salle de sport et belle vue sur la ville.

L'emplacement est bon, sauf si vous recherchez un club, un bar ou un lieu « dynamique » (ce n'était pas notre cas, mais juste à vous prévenir avant de réserver)

Ce fut une excellente semaine à l'hôtel.

Hôtel à plusieurs niveaux avec un agencement labyrinthique, au bout d'un moment on parvient à s'orienter.
Les piscines et le SPA sont agréables, avec une salle de fitness attenante. Les chambres sont bien entretenues.
Riche petit-déjeuner buffet.
Notre chambre était très humide et dégageait une forte odeur de moisi.
Le nettoyage quotidien n'est pas très approfondi.
