Hotel macht gute n Eindruck.essen vielseitig. Zimmer akzeptabel.starker orkanariger Wind ganztägig.poollanschaft nachholbedürftig zu klein.Ganico keie shoppimg meile.strassencaffes etc .hotel selbst bietet nicht viel.

Pokoje duże i czyste. Codziennie sprzątane. Trochę daleko od centrum, ale spacerkiem można dojść no i co chwila chodzą autobusy. Jedzenie takie sobie, ale zawsze coś się dobrego dla siebie znajdzie. Za napoje do kolacji płaci się osobno i trochę to trwa aż ktoś się wreszcie zainteresuje. Drogo. Dwie lampki wina 16 euro, dwie szklaneczki soku 8 euro. Do stolika prowadzi obsługa i trzeba swoje odczekać w kolejce.

Très bel hôtel

une chambre claire, spacieuse, agréable, avec une terrasse donnant sur une vue magnifique de l'Atlantique et les piscines du complexe ainsi qu'un petit parc arboré. Un buffet proposant une large gamme de produits le matin et le soir. Des chambres bien isolées, un espace billards, une salle de sports immense, un espace spa, balnéo et massages... le séjour trop court pour pouvoir profiter de tout.. mais une parenthèse hors du temps très sympathique

We read good recommendations from fellow vegan travellers and I am happy to add my own. The Ocean restaurant where the breakfast and dinner buffet is served lacks an official vegan/vegetarian menu but the hotel staff were familiar with the requirements. On day one our room number went on a special guest requests list, so every evening our drinks order was taken and the special vegan special dish of the day was brought to our table.

Chef Pedro had a vegetable curry prepared, or a pasta (by our suggestion) , a burger or a salad with couscous. All very well balanced flavours, with excellent produce and generous serving sizes. For dessert the dark chocolate tarts and crème de lait were especially good.

With breakfast the story is similar. Chef Susie had tofu, vegan cheese and assorted vegetables set aside for us so that each morning we had veg prepared by the chefs who are making omelettes for the other guests (the vegetables hot plate/grill is separate even if we didn't insist on that).

We were welcomed and received service with a smile on all occasions. When my partner caught a head cold and I dined by myself, the restaurant front of house team lead was particularly helpful.

We loved staying here!
Highlights included spacious room for myself and 2 teens, pool tables we played at endlessly! Epic views out to sea. Incredible buffet breakfast and dinner each night. Nice bar with live music. We loved walking into the centre - easy and picturesque. Reception helped us book activities, which were ideal!

Very relaxing hotel, well located to walk into Funchal or along the coast. Good buffet food and specialty restaurants included in the half board.

Had a great holiday in the sun with good friends. Half board is the perfect way to holiday. The buffet breakfast is good, but it took me several days to get decaf white coffee from the machine. The singing egg lady is definitely worth a visit. There's a toaster for only gluten-free bread. Good selection of fruit, cheese and meats. Bacon leaves a little to be desired. Evening meal buffets were varied but there was not a lot of flavour to anything. It was disappointing to have to pay for water and a bit strange that salt and pepper was only available in sachets.

First time staying at this hotel and can't fault it..great service...kind welcoming staff... excellent food and drink

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht, gutem Essen und einer optimalen Lage.
Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß spazieren.
Gratis Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Superbe hôtel, accueil sympathique et personnel très agréable près à rendre service
Petit déjeuner excellent, beaucoup de choix ( fruits frais, yaourt, fromage, charcuterie...)
Dîner parfait un large choix différents chaque soir, gâteau maison de bonne qualité et une belle gamme de vins

Não fiquei hospedada no hotel, mas sim um evento de uma empresa onde tivemos direito a jantar no restaurante Oceano perto da piscina, qualidade da comida excelente , staff simpático e atento as pessoas e local muito bom para um convívio.

Es ist ein ganz gutes Hotel. Zimmer etwas abgewöhnt.

Wunderschönes Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr große Auswahl am Buffet. Große Zimmern und tolle Lage. Empfehle ich weiter!

Hotel super położony właściwie w centrum dzielnicy wypoczynkowej ale wcale nie słychać hałasu samochodów turystów. Pokoje duże przestronne większości z widokiem na ocean. Hotel ma swoje lata ale materiały z których został zbudowany są dobrej jakości więc "starzeje" się wolniej. Pokój jest codziennie sprzątany, wymieniane są ręczniki. Wszystkie dodatki jak w hotelu 5* są też dostępne czyli kapcie, kosmetyki, szlafrok, itp. Śniadania rewelacyjne duży wybór owoców, warzyw, serów i dan na ciepło ale co najbardziej mnie urzekło to lampka( lub więcej ????) prosseco do śniadania. Rewelacja. Co do obiadów to wybór mniejszy ale samo jedzenie równie dobre. Raz w tygodniu wieczór maderyjski z lokalnymi potrawami. Napoje w wersji HB są dodatkowo płatne. Goście hotelowi w drugiej połowie lutego to 65+ i niewiele rodzin z dziećmi. Dla mnie osobiście super bo jest cisza i spokój. Duży plus za personel mówiący po angielsku, brak animacji przy basenie i wieczorem. Obsługa miła, uśmiechnięta. Wrócę na pewno.

Bott här 2 gånger nu. Fina promenadvägar in till Fuchal eller bort mot Camara de Lobos. Bra mat, fina rum och ett stort och härligt poolområde. Bra med bastu och varm bassäng också. Är det inte för höga vågor kan man även bada i havet från en pir som hör till hotellet.
