Great location and some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others not so much. BUT the room was terrible! If you stay at this hotel beware there are some rooms that overlook a boarded up building and lack basic amenities that you would find in any motel. I wanted to like this place but the room was really bad.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, hat die Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, nur die Aussicht könnte besser sein :) Die Lage ist großartig, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und 15 Minuten zum Ocean Drive. Die Dachterrasse ist fantastisch, der Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Best value for money, exceeded our expectations by far. The room was very good, just the view could be better :) The location is great, just 5 min walk to the beach and 15 min to Ocean drive. The inhouse restaurant is one of the best in south beach area, the roof top terrase is fantastic, the service very friendly and supportive - thank you all for the great time we had at your place!

Excellent hotel, accomodating staff and well-maintained rooms. Highly recommended for a stay in Miami. The only thing we didn't like were the smaller rooms where bathroom doors were sliding and could not be locked. The bigger suite rooms are amazing.

I really wanted to like this hotel that we had booked last minute at South Beach. The location and service were great. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was located on the main floor directly across from the public women's washroom. It got loud at night with people using the washroom and it was also really bright due to the large gap under the door and the hallway light shining through. It made it difficult to sleep. The beach access with lounge chairs do not include umbrellas so that was extra out of pocket. It was overpriced for what it's worth.

A little gem of a hotel. Well appointed rooms, comfortable bed, relaxed rooftop pool with nice views. The pool wasn’t heated at all which is annoying and I hope they address, but I still give it five stars for the value and high end feel of this very fairly priced property.

Great experience through-and-through. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Any time I needed some help or general direction, the front desk was available and assisted my every need. The hotel is in a perfect location just one block away from the beach and next to several delicious restaurants. Also, there are a ton of amenities included for a very affordable price.

Washington Avenue is also only a block away, providing quick and easy access to retail stores and even more restaurants.

This hotel has EVERYTHING you need and more, at an amazing price. Really can’t ask for a better stay. Will definitely be referring anyone I know who plans on going to Miami.

We had 2 rooms (booked separately) at the hotel and they were overbooked. When we arrived one room was canceled, and we had to find one room in a different hotel. No help from the front desk or the manager. Lost about 3 hours. Really poor service.

Eccellente albergo in un'ottima posizione. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. La struttura non è quella di un albergo convenzionale ma molto piacevole. La colazione è servita nel vicino ristorante ma con un menù ridotto, a pagamento si può integrare. Disponibilità di piscina e teli per il mare. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile e gentile. Se vi è servita questa recensione mettete il like.

Ottima posizione centrale e vicino a tutti i servizi
Difronte l albergo c'è la fermata del bus 150 che arriva e torna in aeroporto direttamente
In terrazzo c'è la piccola ma carina e comoda piscina con servizio bar e apprezzato happy hour
Colazione servita al bellissimo caffè americano alle spalle dell hotel
Zona tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi ocean drive
Un consiglio la camera bella e accogliente rimane però un po buia soprattutto la sera tanto è ché abbiamo preferito preparare le valigie di mattina
Ottimo e rilassante soggiorno ottimo anche il servizio spiaggia

Love the new pool furniture. We always enjoy staying at Uma House. It's walking distance to the Convention center, restaurants and the beach. Service is 5 star and the free coffee is a nice treat. I cannot wait to get back to South Beach to stay at this chic Hotel.

Check in was awful, no information was provided, we were given a very small room, not what we paid for, our car was towed, costing $400. Nothing was mentioned about parking/valet etc. no help with luggage or anything. Had to ask for breakfast vouchers. Beach is 10-15 minute walk away, not across the street, website is inaccurate.

Very good location, very large, comfortable and quiet rooms, decent pool on the roof. Just big enough to swim in.

1 block from the beach and you get your sun loungers thrown in, you can probably also bag a free umbrella if you try.

Great staff, particularly the very friendly lady on the pool bar and George the porter.

What's not to like.

All I can say against, is that they should always offer a dry wine when they're doing the free drinks on the rooftop. The sweet Rose wasn't great. I mean it's free, but come on.

We were informed a day before our flight & at the time of check in that we will get our vehicle at the front main door just with a call. However, when we asked for it when it was time to leave for the airport, they said « we can not bring your vehicle & you will have to go yourself & get it »
It was PAID Vallet parking !
They should refund us some of the parking charges !

Hotel très bien placé pour profiter de South Beach sans l'inconvénient des bars bruyant, pourtant à quelques minutes à pied. L'hôtel est super beau le service est top. Belle piscine sur le toit. Si nous revenons sur Miami nous chercherons à retourner dans cet hôtel.
