Guest services were great. Daniel and the manager lady were so sweet. We booked a day use from 10am-7pm and, and everything was great.

Rooms were clean and service in the restaurant was great they helped to fill dietery needs. Location is great for the airport and getting to the cruise port, fairly isolated as far as food and stores. Great place to use as a stop point to and from the cruise port without having a vehicle

T. Brown at front desk checked us in at 10:30pm. She was super rude. It’s one thing to explain and say what can or cannot be done, but another thing to keep cutting me off and being rude with her response. I’m asking to figure out my reservation issue, she at first provided me the wrong information and then blamed me that I didn’t hear correctly, when 4 other people were listening as well. Did not bother to mention about our free breakfast, had to call & ask after I got to my room and was told there were no vouchers to provide at the moment. Overall, there was no “customer service” from T. Brown. Please provide better training or find better employees.

Room is lovely though! Shuttle bus was great and the driver was super kind!

Nos demoraron el vuelo y pasamos la noche en este hotel. El estructura del hotel está buena pero no tiene buen mantenimiento ni limpieza. Llegamos y estuvimos mas de 25min para realizar el check in, lo mismo con la cena y el desayuno. El personal poco profesional, lento y torpe. El shuttle al aeropuerto vino 20 min tarde. No lo recomiendo para nada. Fue una mala experiencia, no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Didn’t start well with the phone call to see about the shuttle times. The recording said every 30 minutes then said to contact the front desk and let them know. Front desk kinda rude but to the point. Anyway got to hotel, and yes we were a little early for check in but was told for $30 more we could check in or wait 1hr and 1/2 and then check in. We had nothing to do really so we sat and waited in the lobby area. I mean if your room is ready…..They had some water with some kinda flavor not great, but wet. Pool pic on the website is laughable. Small pool that we passed on. Small restaurant with limited menu, kinda pricey but it worked. Room was great, cool air, hot shower, nice bed! Don’t try to go to sleep before 10pm the airport noise will not be your friend. They do offer a shuttle to the port for a $$ but about the going rate. We noticed there was an extra charge on our bill for something we did not eat in the restaurant. We tried to get it straightened out before we caught the shuttle to the port. Upon returning to the airport, my wife called and explained the issue. We sent over copies of the bill and copies of the receipts for the meals. We will see what the outcome is and update. Currently I think it’s a mixup and they will refund us…update we sent the receipts to the email provided and still waiting an answer. Now 14 Feb and still nothing.

It’s now 13 Mar and we’ve still heard nor seen anything from this establishment. I plan to just write it off at this point because the longer the amount of time goes by the less you care. We visit Miami often and will never stay again. If you can’t take the time to address an issue you have, I won’t take the time and stay with you again. I hope that anyone reading this will make other plans as well. Very poor management and customer service.
