They dont have any microwave nor in the room or in the hotel. Their service is very poor.
They also charged us lot of resort fee or extra charges later our checkout which we have no idea. When we try to callthem they dont pick the call. Anytime..
They keep your car where there are so many cockroaches and mosquitos reside and ask you to go and pick up urself . We met three different people at reception. No one was friendly to help in any situation.
No bike parking. Transportation/baggage guys took care of me.
Great experience and location.
Also, I had to end my vacation early due to a rash that i developed from staying here. It covered 75% of my body. I confirmed that is was scabies via a visit to urgent care.
I spoke with Destiny concerning how the hotel would make amends. She said that no compensation or damages were owed despite having medical bills, a ruined vacation, lost time at work, and personal injury.
The rooms were a bit tired, with doors getting jammed and some sign of wear.
Booked a ocean view king room, got a room with a balcony. Room comes with all amenities one would expect. Snacks, drinks, with a reasonable tourist zone price and small complimentary water. It even has an electronic do not disturb sign so you have to open the door to change it.
In the morning I think someone sprayed lavender fragrance under my door since I hear some rubbing sound and then smelled lavender. It was marginally scary for me personally, but I suppose the hotel expected guests to enjoy it?
Location cannot be beaten. It's half block away from Lincoln road and about 15min walk to ocean drive.
Very glad we booked two hotels during our stay and Loews being the second one. Was expecting it to be lower tier since the star and price, but it's actually much much
better.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Miami.

Altra nota : in spiaggia si ha diritto al lettino ma ti fanno pagare 29 dollari per l’ombrellone , tenetelo presente. Allego foto fatte immediatamente dopo che la camera era stata pulita ( pulita non è la parola giusta) .
I am not really sure if there are any positives
1. If you have a family avoid
2. If you value sleep avoid
3. If you are on holiday and want a nice customer experience avoid
The gentleman on reception needs retraining
The music is the loudest on the street so unless you are out partying you won’t be sleeping
We had a fight in our corridor one night and the staff did nothing, and asking for advice of what we should do if it happened again had no answer
The drinks at the hotel bar are overpriced even for Miami Beach
The rooms are cramped and dingy, in need of updating, thankfully we didn’t spent much time in them
No hot water in the shower, the air condition on start up sounded like a diesel engine
Look if you want to party it’s probably ok but I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else, at least a place that values the customer and wants you to have a good experience
The location is perfect, with great walking distance to Lincoln, to the beach, to "core" South Beach restaurants/landmarks. Easy to get a rideshare or taxi.
The property pool was nice, although there was only 1 pool, so it can get crowded and the hot tub is small, which gets crowded too - both in high time (spring break).
On property, food quality was good and aligns with typical pricing for a hotel of this type. Bar area was nice and great job by Tommy with the mixing of beverages.
The concierge was AMAZING. Alex even helped us pull off an amazing April Fools prank on our kids, one for the books for sure!
We did use the business services and had a package delivered from Amazon. If you use this service, just know that you will be charged a fee by FedEx, who manages the business center for the hotel. Also had to print some items and the technology worked well.
