Ein sehr schönes, modernes Luxushotel, 15 Minuten von South Beach entfernt. Helle Designer-Zimmer, schöne Pools, großer Fitnessraum, tadelloser Service. Nur das Restaurant ist eher durchschnittlich. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt. Eine gute Adresse.

Grand Beach Hotel please don’t disappoint me!! I should have read the reviews before booking . My stay is in March & My booking is non-refundable???? . I’m giving you a chance????

We stayed here last week. Great hotel and location. The biggest disappointment was the 2 bars by the pools advertised to be open. They never were. After 6pm there is nothing to do. South Beach is busy but Miami really locked down the area because of thr spring breakers of years past. If your looking for fun night life this is not the place

I stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I stayed my room was dirty had hair all in the bathroom from previous stays. The balcony was filthy nasty had drink splashed on table & railing. The service is HORRIBLE! Never had wash cloths in the room. When you try to call down to the front desk they barely answer the phone. When you do finally get through & tell them your needs it take them FOREVER to accomplish whatever you asked for. The only reason I stayed for the second time is the location being that it’s on the beach & the food is pretty good. The second time I stayed I had the exact same problems the bathroom had hair on the floors, tub, & sink. Had drink splash marks on the walls. The lock hatch was missing. Me and my husband missed reservations that we made because when we went to take a shower there was NO WASH CLOTHS when I made sure I asked housekeeping to leave some when they cleaned the room. I called the front desk told them I needed towels they said they’ll send someone up right away. 30 mins went by NO WASH CLOTHS. I wasted another 45 calling no answer or when they would answer they’d hang up like they lost signal or something. It took them over an hour to bring wash cloths! Remind you this hotel is pretty penny & for all the money you have to pay service should be way better & the rooms should be cleaned! What’s the point in paying resort fees when the service is TRASH?!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Also valet is NOT included they charge your room every day that you stay there even though valet expects a tip every time they get your car! I REPEAT I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would because 1 is being generous

Hi Ivy - here are my thoughts.
Upon arrival we pulled into the lane that said "valet" and when I went up to the guy, he said I was in the wrong lane even though he said the sign was in the lane I pulled into. He then asked me to back out the vehicle and pull into the other lane. When I pointed out there was an other car blocking he got annoyed and said "leave it."
Upon entry to the room, there was a pull out sofa that was made up as a bed - super weird like someone was staying there.
There was no wash clothes or hand towels in the room. Had to call for them. Seems like this would be a standard.
I have stayed with the Grand Beach properties numerous times despite not offering any perks for repeat clients. I am now asking myself why given my latest experiences.
