There is not 24/7 attention. Couldn’t get checked into our room with multiple phone calls with no one to let us in.

This place was a peaceful oasis at the north serene end of Clearwater Beach.
A block from beach, close dining, great staff, outstanding housekeeping, beautiful courtyard and nice amenities. Communal microwave, laundry, and ice. Some beach equipment, warm pool, foot shower, cabana area(excellent), and they catch and fine smokers!!!
We picked a small room, tiny fridge, but was nice…. Pool view.
The housekeepers went above and beyond and were friendly! Whole place is a friendly, warm vibe.
This is your away from the zoo of crowded beach and noisy nightlife spot.

This is a great location on Clearwater Beach. It is quiet with little traffic but still a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach, one of the nicest in Florida. The hotel is older but remodeled and very clean. The hosts, Candace and Aaron, were extremely responsive and took care of any concerns we had during our stay. Parking is very convenient right next to the rooms but is limited and you must get a parking pass to park in front of the hotel on Mandalay Ave. (Clearwater will ticket cars parked on Mandalay without a pass). It is important to read all the information sent to you by text the day of arrival but the hosts were very responsive to any questions. We had a really nice time here.

Rummen var snygga och rena. Sängarna bekväma. Läget mycket bra. Poolen uppvärmd och bra. Smidigt med incheckning via kodlås. Det som drog ner betyget rejält var den otroligt högljudda AC:n.

Excellent place to stay! Clean! Thank God for the wonderful hardworking house keeping gals. They were always on top of things. They make the facility a perfect location to stay!

Went about a month ago - very quaint, cozy, and a definite gem of a hotel. Was a clean and inviting location to go for a couple's night out. Heated pool was a nice touch. Place definitely is a well done throwback to a simpler era. Would definitely go again.

Stayed here yesterday and disappointed. Room was clean, but floors not swept at all. The room pictured that I rented online is not the same room we got. Can’t check in until 4pm and have to be out by 10am. We left at 8am because we just wanted to get out. Didn’t sleep well at all. No coffee or coffee pots in rooms. General coffee station area outside by pool. Place needs a face lift outside. Pool needs cleaning on side walls etc. not enough parking for customers. And no one on sight ever! Occasionally you will get a text back. Way over priced for what you get. ????

BED BUGS!, BED BUGS!, BED BUGS!
We have family in Clearwater and have stayed here before and wanted to make a tradition, but this time we encountered BED BUGS which left welts on my wife’s body and face. Found many in the bed and on the floor - so complete deal breaker and will likely need to burn our luggage and contents when we get home. Thought they were ticks but googled as my wife was FURIOS. Yup - BED BUGS! LOTS OF THEM.

As others have stated there is no free street parking even though parking is right in front of the main office. I received a $20 ticket but concierge worked with me on the ticket and allowed us to change rooms and comped a night - but damn… BED BUGS! Come on Hotel Cabana. This is a health issue now!

Very cute hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. We had a pretty darn good stay. The downside was the parking situation. We will definitely give them another try down the road, and hopefully, we can turn this into a 5-star review.

I went to hotel cabana to get away for the weekend when I got there in front of the hotel I was looking for parking and I called for the parking pass they told me it was in the room when I got upstairs by the time I got back to my car I got a ticket for $20 It made me very upset with the lack of communication and after I park right in front of a hotel and still got a ticket

We stayed at the FABULOUS Hotel Cabana in Clearwater Florida for eight nights in 2021. We will definitely be back!

It was myself, my husband, our 10 year old daughter and 15 year old son.

Our original date was to be march of 2020- then we all know what happened... ???????????? hotel cabana reached out to us to refund us two weeks before we were to check in as the world shut down- zero hassle and we didn't even have to ask! This made us already think the world of them.

We ventured over to the main pool area once, but we're perfectly content in our own little slice of heaven as we didn't stay at the main building. Room 54 suited us amazingly!

Walking distance to all of downtown Clearwater was a breeze!

We didn't need to have contact with anyone for anything! It was seamless and smooth.

It is one block from the beach, but was the absolute easiest walk- do bot let this deter you!!! The bed was the most comfortable bed we have EVER laid on. The grounds were simply stunning! Chic and modern, I want to shout this place from the rooftops all the while keeping it our best kept secret. So consider yourself lucky that im sharing this with you all. Hahaha!!!

We can't wait to return!!!

For what it is, a humble, clean and perfectly serviceable motel room, it’s great. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. Clean, Cozy and a nice family friendly pool. Best of all is the location….a pleasant and short walk to the beach.
The door locks are a nuisance but you can deal with it and if you have any issues they are Johnny on the spot with text communications.

Room was dirty, and had a musty smell to it. Bathroom sink was so small you couldn’t fit two hands in it. Heater made loud noises all night. We could hear the people in the room next door get back at 3:00 a.m. and get sick. Pool was covered in green slime. The information they gave us about coffee being available was not true. When owners did finally text us back to answer our questions they had an attitude and told us to find coffee pot in the laundry room.No closet, just a few hangers. We left a night early and they would not give us a refund.

I was provided with the access code to the hotel room ahead of time and confirmed over text message however upon arrival the code did not work at all. I contacted the virtual assistant and even called the number on the service desk door several times without an answer so I couldn’t get access to the room. My phone call was returned an hour and a half later in the evening and the service desk informed me that the pin code needed to be reset and that the battery was low which sounded completely made-up. The service desk person told me they would reach back out the next day to check in and discuss my experience further but they never reach out. Once in the room it was evident that the bathroom sliding door was not properly installed and became unhinged in my first attempt at closing it. I ended up having to re-install it myself, thankfully the glass did not break when it fell on the bed. Finally, the shower drain in our room was also clogged several times and drained out very slowly which was not a pleasant experience. Overall, we expected more from this place and liked the location but the hotel itself we wouldn’t recommend staying at due to poor customer service and the maintenance issues of the hotel.

Rooms are really chic. It's small rooms, but I love how it's minimal. Great for a couple.
Staff are very friendly. A minute walk to the beach.

A local friend suggested Hotel Cabana, and I'm thrilled I took her advice. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the place is cozy, modern, and spotlessly clean. At around $120 per night, it's a steal, especially being close to restaurants yet pleasantly quiet. The beach is just a few minutes away and has an authentic, non-touristy feel due to its proximity to local houses. Free and easy parking, and local coffee in the morning. Access to washer and dryer. ❤ For budget travelers heading to Clearwater Beach, Cabana is a top choice—I'll definitely be returning.

Hotel Cabana is nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach and downtown.
My only issue was that the bed was not too comfortable. I spent two nights and left with terrible back-pain. The bed frame also had some issues as it would make a loud noise every time I would turn in my sleep, constantly waking me up. Other than that, the area is nice, the hotel has free parking, and a nice pool.

Das Hotel würde ich leider nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer Bettwanzen, das war leider sehr eklig, die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und der Handtücher ließ leider zu wünschen übrig.
Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, aber das Bad war sehr klein.
Zum Glück konnten wir recht unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen, dieses war etwas sauberer, aber auch hier hatten einige Handtücher Flecken.
Die Rezeption ist nur ein paar Stunden am Tag besetzt.
Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, muss man mögen.
Die Lage ist aber top und man kann kostenlos parken. Trotzdem würde ich nicht wiederkommen.

You’re a block from the beach and located in a more quiet part of town. Still c lose enough to get to all the bars and restaurants in the main strip, but removed just enough for a quiet and peaceful night of sleep.
The staff is as amazing and super accommodating, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.
Support local businesses and stay here, you won’t regret it.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Wir waren für drei Nächte da und bereuen es, das „Hotel“ gebucht zu haben.
Unsere Zimmernachbarn haben den ganzen Tag ab 08:00 morgens laute Musik laufen und an einem Morgen wurden wir vom Gestöhne wach. Nachricht wurde an das Hotel geschickt, aber es wurde nichts unternommen.
Allgemein, sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Bad. Dusche hat gar keinen Wasserdruck.

Damit die Handtücher gewechselt, und der Mülleimer geleert wird, muss man diese vor die Tür stellen.

Lage ist top.

Nice hotel, super clean but parking is a real problem. They have a very limited number of spaces and no other free parking nearby so unless you want to spend a small fortune paying for metered parking, I'd go elsewhere.
