BEST WESTERN ORLANDO GATEWAY HOTEL

Cockroach infested!
3 night stay before cruise.
Wouldn’t recommend.
Hotel has cockroaches in bedrooms and beds! We had to be moved to 7th floor.
2nd night were we in an interconnecting room with noise from 2 drunken morons next door - swearing and slamming against wall and door.
Rooms are tired, basics not refilled.
Didn’t eat there as not convinced re cleanliness.
Pretty awful tbh.

Un hotel bueno , no será de 5 estrellas pero el precio y todo es perfecto para ahorrar y vacacionar , los cuartos son súper limpios , hay piscina y siempre está calientita y tienen yacusi, está cerca de restaurantes y tiendas como farmacias y gasolina , por cualquier emergencia, fui con mi familia y la pasamos súper bien , lo que no recomiendo es desayunar tarde hahahahha porque la comida no es buena, pero el servicio y la atención son muy buenas muy recomendado 100% y siempre puedes encontrar descuentos y tiene restaurante adentro y happy hour ????????✅✅✅✅

This was a perfect hotel for our business trip. Stayed one day and we were very pleased with everything!

The stay at this hotel has been completely horrible. The front desk is rude the housekeepers don’t know how to do what they asked to do by the guest. We were in room 405 and then had to be Moved to room 728 due to the hotel over to loud teenagers who were throwing things across the room and Cursing so loud that you can hear them across the road in 405 and this was happening in room 402, 404, 406, room 408, so we moved to room 728 when we got there the room was completed this price and downgrade from where we were. That holder was broke. every time you leave the wholesale and come back yes parking in the handicap price and not handicap. Keep in mind that I am 100% disable Veteran who was treated like complete garbage when I spoke to Lucina as a front desk, who could care less about anything except for renting out a bunch of rooms. She did nothing to accommodate me and told me I could call the front desk and let them know what was going on at the one 800 number. This is a place that I will never stay in. This is a complete nightmare, I celebrate my Daughters birthday. Due to this horrible day, I will be having to spend the same money for a couple of months to make up for her birthday and get some house cleaner to instruct. Who That know how to follow instructions. Honestly, this whole staff needs to be taken out and the place needs to be updated is out of date.

Worse experience I ever had at a hotel . First vacation trip woke up to my toilet being flooded with poop in it at 6am . Flooded all over the room checked out and was told I was gonna get my refund a week later was told I wasn’t getting one . Never will I come back here.
