I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Everything about it was optimal. The location was perfect, close to the marina, shopping (and a wine shop!), and countless restaurants and cafes. There is a sauna inside the hotel (which I highly recommend), and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. Parking can be a little tricky around the hotel, but we got lucky and found a place. If you get the breakfast buffet included, you will not be disappointed. I was there for a week and never got tired of it. Their fresh passion fruit juice was the perfect kick I needed to start the day!

I really like this hostel location. Right now it's January and the prices are cheaper, I've stayed here before and I like them. The only thing is the price of the breakfast, to me it's too expensive ???? you can go to O Baaga Cafe up the corner of the street, and eat for less than 5€ per person. The rest they are great.

Habe eingecheckt und direkt wieder ausgeschenkt. Das Zimmer hat sehr nach Schimmel gestunken,beim Betreten hat man die Feuchtigkeit auch quasi fühlen können. Sorry bevor ich mir irgendwas einfangen, einfach sein lassen.

Five night stay with Diamond Tours. The breakfast here is exceptional. Fresh fruit, warm and lovely breads and pastry. Local jams, tea, etc. Comfortable rooms, central location. Nice, helpful staff.

Excelente.
Os quartos não são muito isolados. Ouve-se o ruído vindo dos corredores, mas isto só para as pessoas ( como eu) que precisam de total silêncio para adormecer.

I booked the room at least five months ahead for me and my husband, and we got a room with two almost twin size beds next to each other instead of one queen bed. We didn't want to feel like we couldn't hold each other. It was hard to cuddle or sleep on one. If we had slept where the two beds came together after a while, we had back pain. That was the only reason I didn't give the five-star. Otherwise, everything else, especially the staff, is amazing.

A functional Hotel 20 m from the main pedestrian shopping street and 50m from the ocean front promenade. The service here was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful in arranging our next Bensaude Hotel stay at the Terra Nostra Garden Hotel. Many thanks.

O hotel está bem situado, mobília é moderna e tem bom isolamento.
Porém, o serviço prestado não foi o melhor.
Durante a minha estada, precisei de uma mudança das roupas de cama, depois de 4 dias diferentes e 3 chamadas de atenção para a mudança das mesmas, não foi feito o serviço.

Location is good - it is close to most of the touristy places and restaurants. When we stayed there those it was super loud and some alarms where going of in a hotel itself. So it is a grat hotel for a short stay in my opinion.

Hotel básico, se duerme correcto pero no más. Más apto para viaje de negocios que para vacaciones. El desayuno es muy muy mejorable: nada de fruta, no hay quesos del país, no hay aceite,…mejor tomarse en la cafetería de la esquina un café con buen sabor.

En plein centre !

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à Neat Hôtel Avenida, avant de partir vers une autre île. Trés bien situé, proche du centre, du port, des jardins nous avons pu arpenté Ponta Degada. Le petit déjeuné varié et copieux nous a rassasié.
