Absolutely wonderful with a spectacular beach and great restaurants. Loved it.

Stayed here 5 nights in October (last couple days of the hotel being open) the hotel is nice but it is outdated

I was there for 5 days away on the end of October. Very nice friendly staff, food ava, pool amazing. Very clean.

Informed the hotel we had booked originally was unavailable due to it closing for the winter, part way through our stay. This was two days before our holiday started. We were told Cala Romantica was comparable and it certainly wasn't. Staff informed me the site had been closed for 3 years prior to this season and it was clear the new owners had decided to open and take peoples hard earned money before carrying out any maintenance to the chalets and many other areas of the site generally.

Die Hotelanlage hat schon ihren eigenen Charme. Es besteht aus einem Haupthaus, dann aus unzählig vielen meist 3er-Bungalows, die in den Hang eingebettet sind. In der Beschreibung steht aus den 60er Jahren... Und so sieht es leider vielenorts aus. Man hat das Gefühl, manche Equipments sind noch original von damals .
Mit etwas Garten- und Häuserpflege könnte man so viel daraus machen.
Ich hoffe nur, dass sie jetzt in der Pause Geld investieren und alles bisschen auf Vordermann bringen.
Das Highlight des Hotel ist sicherlich die romantische Bucht mit türkisfarbenen Wasser und der ruhigen Lage.
Mit dem Bus kommt man gut nach Porto Cristo und der Drachenhöhle.
Von da aus wiederum fahren Busse nach Palma u.s.w....
Aber besser ein Mietwagen nehmen,man sitzt hier sonst schon bisschen fest.

La ubicación espectacular, el resto...deja mucho que desear, el hotel debe tener como 50 años y no lo han reformado, algunas habitaciones tienen aire, otras no. Hemos venido en octubre no todas las habitaciones tenían mantas y hacía frío, espejos oxidados, la comida...tomates con moho...en fin menos mal k hemos cogido una oferta y salió barato xk sino..llevaría un cabreo increíble.

I went here on vacation with my girlfriend and her family for 9 days. The first week was really nice as it wasn't that busy yet. After the first week it became quite busy, and there were problems with keeping up with the demand for food. With all inclusive, you get 3 meals and they have plenty of different options every day.

Fuimos el finde de Halloween y por desgracia fue decepcionante. Lo único positivo fue el desayuno y el equipo de animación. Limpieza deficiente, las terrazas estaban sucias de un día para otro con comida por los suelos del día anterior, atrayendo con ello gran cantidad de avispas, empleados de limpieza y de bar con pocas ganas de trabajar, comida y cena de mala calidad y poca cantidad, apenas no reponían, la zona de helados en el buffet era una mezcla de sabores donde lavabas las cucharas para coger las bolas de helado en un bol de batido entre agua y helados de diferentes sabores. El hotel es muy viejo y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones mínima, había moho y baldosas pegadas de mala manera. Es una pena, el hotel tendría muchas posibilidades pero debido a nuestra experiencia, no volveremos a repetir.

Only fit people need go

We visited here at the end of June 2023. We were very scared due to reading previous reviews but we tried to be as open minded as we could.

Firstly, most of the rooms are a far walk away from the main dining area and the pool, there is however a free taxi that can take you up if you require. I'm not sure how that works as our room was relatively close therefore we just walked.

The rooms do not have aircon, they have a ceiling fan instead. To be completely honest, we visited when temperatures were hitting about 33 degrees a day and the ceiling fan was absolutely fine, made our room nice and cool when we went back to it. We even had to turn it off some nights as it was too cold! Although the bathroom only has a small window but once the water is on and you're in the shower you can't really feel the heat anyway!

The main negative thing is no air con in communal places such as the restaurant and main bar. This meant that eating your breakfast and dinner was difficult due to how hot it was in the restaurant.

All of the staff are great, very nice and polite. Nothing negative to say about them.

The animation team are great! Organise all evening activities really well, as well as different games around the pool during the day time.

Lifeguard Cristian is the best!! Really funny and friendly. Definitely the best lifeguard I've ever met at a hotel/resort.

In terms of food, it is pretty much the same as any other all inclusive place. I am a picky eater myself and I managed to find something to fill me up during every meal time.

In terms of drinks, they're pretty weak. I recommend the beer as that seemed to be stronger than the actual drinks. Also, cocktails aren't included you need to pay extra for these which I was surprised about as most other places I've been to at least have the simple cocktails included.

We had 2 connecting rooms and I can confirm that both were spotless clean. Yes they may be dated but that's the style of the hotel, they choose to be 60's inspired. If you don't like that then don't book. Simple.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely be returning.
