Останавливались в этом отеле на 4 ночи, 14 этаж (21.03-25.03) и пока что это лучший отель на Пхукете: чистый, неимоверно вкусные завтраки (самый лучший шведский стол в моей жизни), очень разнообразные кухни: китайская, японская, индийская ….некоторые позицию меняются, некоторые стабильно каждый день. Нам сделали апгрейд номера без доплат) Я бы рекомендовала этот отель другим.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pool leider nicht so schön wir auf den Bilder aber trotzdem sehr angenehm.

We had a lovely time here. Clean refreshed rooms, great service all at a great price. The hotel is centrally located in phuket old town walkable to famous streets. The pool was clean and the gym was adequate and clean as well. A shout out to the bell boys by the reception who were amazing and kind.

Pleasant stay and good location in city. Room was spacious and conducive. Breakfast was good.
The only problem is the shower. The hot water is inconsistent, it turned cold - hot - cold interchange, I have to jump out when it sudden change temperature.

Останавливаемся здесь второй раз и вернемся снова.
Заселение быстрое, персонал работает профессионально, вежливые и внимательные.
Заранее попросила украсить номер ко дню рождения супруга, получили даже больше, чем ожидали, а для мужа это вообще был сюрприз.
Номер шикарный, новый, чистый, мебель в приятных светлых тонах, кровать нереально удобная, ванная комната просторная и светлая, вот бы еще ванну установили, было бы идеально.
Все принадлежности ( ушные палочки, расчески, бритвенный набор и тд ) я заказывала заранее через приложение Bonvoy, как и дополнительные подушки, всё было на месте.
У нас был 9 этаж, семейный номер ( апгрейд ) и вид был отличным.
Завтрак очень хорош ! Конечно, ни как в JW Marriott, но и номер стоит в два раза дешевле. На самом деле, было все необходимое и немного больше, не хватило только свежевыжатых соков.
Ужин в их ресторане был очень вкусный, муж остался в восторге от бургера от шефа, а мой пад кра пао май пет был великолепен. Вкусные коктейли и большие порции. Цены, кстати, весьма приятные. Обязательно вернёмся.
В бассейн не ходили, спортзалом не пользовались, так что ничего не могу сказать.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is beautiful, the food was very good and the variety of food was a great balance between familiar food and Thai food. The facilities was very nice.
This is the first time I stay in a hotel where the cleaning staff leaves hand written notes in your room, it is a truly great touch and a testament to their focus on service.

As I entered the Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Town, I was immediately struck by the modern and elegant decor of the hotel lobby. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and showed me to my room, which was spacious and well-appointed.
One of the things I loved about this hotel was its location, situated in the heart of Phuket Town, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. It was easy to explore the local area and experience the vibrant culture of Thailand.
The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the city. But one thing that stood out to me was the incredible attention to detail throughout the property, from the beautiful artwork to the unique design elements.

The hotel is strange because the reception is surprisingly clean and luxurious, but as for the room, it is neither good nor luxurious, and they do not change the mattress no matter what you ask for. Also, the reception service is bad and they treat you very rudely, especially the employee, Jay. Also, the hotel is on the street, so you cannot sleep because of the noise of the cars. I recommend staying in the Patong area. Instead of downtown because there is nothing in the city center worth staying around

Each and every brand have their own style of design and luxury. This hotel is middle the city with quite ambiance with ample car parking. Rooms and inside fully luxury. Food is good

The staff rather deal with dead guests than alive guests
Easily one of the worst hotels i have experienced in my life for now. (I am 30 years old)
My little sister, my wife, and I, booked a family room for 3 people. We checked in on 4th of March 2024 around 10 PM with several guests. However, there is only 1 staff working in the front lobby. So we waited for about 40 minutes for check-in but that is okay.
However, I woke up at 3AM that same night from a severe headache similar to Migraine which I did have before.
I called the front lobby asking for some paracetamol or any medical assistance. I waited until 3.30AM and the staff called back to inform me that they do have the medicine but were unable to give it me due to Loss Prevention Policy. So my wife and my sister went to buy some medicine around 3.40AM and came back to our room at around 4.10AM. Then I took some paracetamal and feeling a bit better and then leave my room to confront the front lobby if there is any medical assistance available at 5AM.
I regret to hear that there is nothing the hotel(including medical assistance, first-aid kit, and ambulance calling) can do to help me while i am unable to help myself so I asked them if I died here in the hotel room, Would you like that?.
Surprisingly, The 1 front staff and 1 trainee inform me that they rather have guests died in their room because it is easier for them to work that way.
Luckily, My sister has a car and took me to Bangkok Phuket Hospital after the confrontation. She went back to sleep at 6AM in her hotel room
Nevertheless, we agree with ourselves never to stay or spend any moeny at this hotel nor any hotel relating to Marriott brand
