we had a wonderful stay at raffles seychelles! I would like to thank you for the services provided, which were very good, and special thanks to the young receptionist Iulia Floria who proved to be a true professional! we will come back with love!!!

Location is great however this is not a luxury resort. Very inconsistent service: some are amazing, some and most of them are rude, not friendly. food is terrible except for the Asian restaurant.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel in super Lage für Unternehmungen und gleichzeitig ruhig für die nötige Erholung.
Wir waren mit 3 Paaren (Eltern Mitte 50) mit erwachsenen Kindern (Mitte 20) für 10 Tage im Dezember 2023 vor Ort. Alle waren ausnahmslos begeistert von der Lage der sauberen Anlage und dem Service. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und entsprechend verteilen sich die Gäste, so dass man nie den Eindruck hat das es sich irgendwo drängt. Selbst die Liegen am Pool oder Strand waren jederzeit ausreichend und mit ausreichend Abstand zueinander vorhanden. Ausflüge z.B. auf die Nachbarinsel La Digue oder Curiuse sind problemlos von hier aus machbar. Kleiner Tipp wir hatten einen eigenen Mietwagen was für problemlose Ausflüge perfekt ist. Wir haben auf diese Art die gesamte Insel erkundet. Einfach ein Traumhafter Urlaub in einem perfekten Hotel. Warum nur 9/10 Punkte? Ein Punkt Abzug weil die Zusatzkosten für besondere Speisen und fast alle Getränke im Hotel trotz Halbpension doch etwas unverschämt hoch erscheinen.

Enjoyed our stay in this fantastic villa with breathtaking views and a private pool. The breakfast buffet and dinner choices were delightful, especially with the chefs accommodating vegan preferences. The small yet lovely beach offered excellent snorkeling opportunities. Don't forget to visit Cruises Island to encounter the tortoises.

Avec ma compagne, nous avons passé une semaine début décembre au Raffles Seychelles.
Tout était absolument parfait : notre villa panoramique, les restaurants, le cadre de l'hôtel, la plage, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel à qui nous avons eu affaire. Aucune fausse note du jour de notre arrivée à notre jour de départ.

El mejor sitio para disfrutar con la familia

There are only a few properties that make you feel like they’re obsessed about ensuring you have a good time. This is one of them. The staff go out of their way for your comfort so much that it feels like family pampering you.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here inspite of bad weather. The snorkeling on their beach is really nice.
Definitely recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice, and both experiences were exceptional.
The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa offers breathtaking views, making every moment spent there truly memorable. The panoramic scenery adds a delightful touch to the overall experience. The private pool is a fantastic feature, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. Families with children will find the Kids Club to be a hub of activity, with plenty of engaging events and activities for the younger guests. Parents can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their children are well taken care of. The Asian restaurant and sushi room within the hotel are culinary delights.

Wir sind bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Wir waren stets sehr zufrieden. Egal ob mit der Villa, dem Personal, dem Essen oder der gesamten Anlage. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde immer eingegangen und was möglich war, wurde möglich gemacht.

Ho soggiornato al resort Raffles delle Seychelles.
C'è veramente poco da dire, posizione stupenda, personale estremamente competente e gentile. Camere spaziose e pulite. Per non parlare della vista! Ho soggiornato su una ocean view villa con piscina privata.: vista mozzafiato. Devo dire che è stata una vacanza perfetta.
Parlando dei ristoranti devo dire che il cibo era di ottima qualità e piacevole, ovviamente se piacciono le spezie in caso contrario si può chiedere se si riesce preparare il pesce o carne naturale (sale e pepe). Lato cucina mi sentirei di dare un solo consiglio. Le porzioni sono veramente grandi! Mi è rimasta impressa la tartare di tonno, buonissima tra le altre cose, ma era davvero grande per essere un antipasto. Credo fosse stata una tartare da 150gr, e quindi non sono riuscito a gustarmi il polpo al curry totalmente. Magari se fosse possibile ridurre le porzioni, farle più piccole, così da avere meno spreco di cibo e se qualcuno ha ancora fame, magari dare la possibilità di prendere un secondo "main course". Ma credo sia difficile per l'organizzazione della cucina. A parte questo, che non è assolutamente una critica, la ristorazione è stata molto buona. Chef e camerieri estremamente gentili e sempre con il sorriso!
Per quanto riguarda la camera, anche in questo caso, non ci sono critichi da fare, ma ho solo un consiglio darvi. Essendo un resort cinque stelle, si va a guardare anche ai minimi dettagli, chiamiamolo "il pelo sull'uovo". Il consiglio è quello di prestare maggiore attenzione alla polvere che si deposita sopra le lampade e sopra ai vetri (erano anche un po' sporchi) del mobile dove è situata la macchinetta del caffè. A parte questo dettaglio, perchè si parla di dettagli, la stanza era pulita. Un plauso al fatto che prestate attenzione all'ambiente con il ricambio della biancheria del letto.
Però, c'è un però, che mi ha lasciato esterrefatto... Il servizio spiaggia, ed è solo grazie al dialogo avuto con la signora Ernestina Bertarina che mi ha fatto cambiare idea sul consigliare il Constance Lemuria e non il Raffles a mio zio. E' successo che ho chiesto una maschera da snorkeling con boccaglio (no pinne) da portare a La Digue, ma il vostro collaboratore non me l'ha voluta dare. Ora trovo alquanto discutibile il fatto che un resort cinque stelle si rifiuti di prestare una maschera ad un suo ospite per una escursione oltre al fatto che il signor Bernard ha avuto l'ardire di chiedere se fossi cliente del resort. Ho viaggiato molto e ho soggiornato su diversi resort cinque stelle, ed è stata la prima volta che mi si è rifiutato il prestito di una maschera o attrezzatura. La scusa, perchè di scusa si tratta, del Sign. Bernard è stata quella di dirmi che le maschere sono a disposizione della clientela ad uso esclusivo sulla spiaggia. Ora mi chiedo, se questa affermazione è vera (cosa che non è in quanto sia il direttore del resort sia la signora Ernestina hanno confutato), il perchè ho dovuto aspettare 1 ora/1 ora e mezza diversi giorni prima di avere una maschera. Magari dovreste acquistare più maschere e boccagli e meno canoe? Ripeto, un resort cinque stelle deve essere al servizio del cliente anche prestandogli l'attrezzatura. Fortunatamente non mi mancano i soldi per acquistarne o noleggiarne una e così ne ho noleggiata una.
A parte questo spiacevole episodio, non c'è molto da dire sul resort. E' stata una vacanza perfetta su tutti i punti di vista. Resort molto pulito, immerso nel verde, con una spiaggia stupenda. Un plauso a tutto il personale, tranne il collega sopracitato, sempre gentile, disponibile e cosa più importante senza con il sorriso.
Tornato in Italia ho subito chiamato l'agenzia e ho riferito di optare per il Raffles e non il Lemuria per i prossimi clienti e ho consigliato a mio zio di farvi visita il prima possibile!

Un ringraziamento particolare va alla signora Ernestina, in quanto persona veramente squisita, gentile e sempre a disposizione dell'ospite

Das Hotel ist in die Hügeln eingefügt, sehr schöner hoteleigener Strand. Service entspricht der Kategorie. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Aaron, Edmond und Valerie. Essen hervorragend, Getränkepreise sehr hoch.

Выходные, проведенные в отеле в день моего дня рождения, запомнились теплым приемом, который я получил, а также профессиональным обслуживанием и дружелюбным отношением всех на протяжении всего моего пребывания. Я обязательно пойду снова, так как сейчас он занимает первое место в моем списке.

Bellissimo albergo. Bella spiaggia e buon cibo. il personale è molto gentile, soprattutto Shirin al bar. Fa ottimi cocktail ed è sempre stato utile.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e ritorneremo di sicuro

Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Perfect location. The views are amazing. Right on the beach and best of both sand beaches and greenery. Loved the Tortoises!

мы любим Сейшелы, ездим туда почти каждый год, большую часть времени остаемся на острове Иден, в этом году мы переоделись и остановились в Raffles, в целом мы были очень впечатлены этим местом, все там такие милые и гостеприимные

Un resort meraviglioso! Le ville sono spaziose ed eleganti, il patio con la piscina privata è un sogno. I servizi sono ottimi e si mangia benissimo in ogni ristorante. Potrebbe migliorare un po’ il servizio, che é ottimo ma non eccelle.
