Let it be known that this is the last four days of my vacation in Europe that I’m spending in Barcelona and then I’m going home to California. I already prepaid for my vacation and all all of my stays so this day cost me US$660.for four nights Which were supposed to begin today however because I complained about the toilet not flushing and the fact that my twin beds were One giant king size bed And asked if they had the room that I booked. Anyways, I was asked to leave the hotel threatened with the police and thrown out non-refunded. They basically stole my money. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my entire life by somebody in the service industry, providing a service to somebody who paid for in advance a toilet that flushes is not a giant request. I would never stay here ever again there is no privacy if you are traveling with your grown adult son as a woman, there’s no privacy in the room to even go to the bathroom because everything is in glass and the door does not shut, I have never seen such A horrible deception in sales when it came to the descriptions and pictures of this horrible little hole in the wall they are calling a boutique hotel. There’s nothing boutique about it there’s nothing about it that is welcoming. I would never stay here. Do not waste your money they steal it from you and then throw you out on the street. If you don’t Like, or agree with the substandard services, for which they are providing yet charging you for basically stealing from you. I plan on going after Booking.com and getting an attorney, because I am very upset as this has put a very bad taste in my mouth about Barcelona

I stayed only for one night. Highlight, there was one lady receptionist who was very helpful and friendly. Check-in took them 5-10 min….. 100 euros deposit ???? at the time of check-in. Room was quite nice and had a lot of space & washroom too. Unfortunately my room was without a balcony. Everything was good service, staff, cleanliness. -1 star bcoz to refund deposit money it will take 3-4 days. I came here as a tourist, what if there will be issue with refund i cannot come back to get this money.

We spent as a family together with two children, 5 and 2 years old, an excellent experience at the hotel, the staff was dedicated and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the lady who manage the breakfast was a very nice person, thank you Diana also from the help desk for all the practical options and information regarding our stay. The hotel is a good option to spend the evenings after a long day walk in Barcelona city

Not again….I booked a room with a balcony, and i get a room without light, and view on the lobby, like a Cellar !! When i asked to cancel , they told me i have to pay anyway…. I had a waterfall in my room, also Here, no Money back or discount .
No sound isolation , you hear every fart from your neighbour. I heared the lobby Telephone all the time !!

Otel konum olarak merkezi bir yerdeydi. Kahvaltısı güzel odalar temiz ve genişti. Balkonlu odalardan şehri izlemek güzeldi.

Brokastis bija brīnišķīgas. Atrašanās vieta ļoti laba. Netālu metro. Janvārī bija ļoti auksta dušas telpa.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Smaczne śniadania. Miły personel. Polecam

Hotel na zdjęciach różni się od rzeczywistości. Dostaliśmy pokój z malusieńkim oknem z którego widokiem jest ściana w środku hotelu. Strasznie głośno ponieważ hotel nie ma izolacji dźwiękowej , nie da się spać bez stoperów do uszu. Śniadanie zawiodło również bo było takie wrażenie że jajka były ugotowane parę dni wcześniej. Personel nie miły , recepcjonista prosiła poczekać i nie nabierać śniadanie bo ona musiała zrobić fotkę. Cena 1200 zł za 3 doby uważam jest za drogo dla takiego hotelu.

역에서 가깝고 비교적 조용한 동네라 머물기 좋았어요. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 무엇보다 엄청 깨끗합니당. 그리고 조식 퀄리티가 너무 좋아요. 저는 조식이 프리였는데 돈 주고 먹었어도 안 아까웠을듯.
1박이라 그냥 작은 방에 머물렀는데 많이 좁긴 합니다. 그래도 잠만 자는 거였어서 아무런 문제 없었어요.

단점은 방음이 안 되는데 진짜 옆, 윗방 소음 살벌합니다. 윗방 노래부르는 소리땜에 아침에 깼어요; 소음에 예민하신 분들은 피하세요.
이점 빼고는 모든게 완벽했던 숙소! ????????

Very happy with my choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned spotless everyday.

Nu e nici pe departe ce 3 stele! Singurul lucru bun este zona. In hotel e multa galagie ( in soate e o scoala cu teren de fotbal, iar in hotel peretii zici ca sunt de hârtie, se aude orice zgomot din camerele alaturate, usile sunt trantite de femeile de serviciu si nu prea te poti odihni nici dimineata nici la pranz.) In camera nu exista frigider/minibar ( lucru rar pt un hotel) iar liftul nu a functionat 4 zile cat am stat..

La camarera de lunes a viernes es excelente!!!!, Muy buena disposición, simpatica y amaBLE

Hotel, muy limpio, El desayuno excepcional, no faltaba de nada... el trato y la ayuda que recibimos por parte del personal, ha sido inmejorable.. lo recomiendo también por relación calidad/ precio

C'è stato un problema con il trasporto in auto all'aeroporto. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni non hanno mai risposto. Ho pagato 2 volte la stessa corsa

De este hotel destaco la abundancia y calidad del desayuno. Las empleadas de recepción también son de lo más amables en los distintos turnos; distinto es el caso de un empleado del turno noche, creo que su nombre empezaba con A, quien siempre se dirigió a mi grupo de malas maneras. Nos montaron una muy linda cuna en la habitación para el bebé.
