ROOM MATE ANNA HOTEL

위치는! 좋았어요
호텔입구에도 카드키가 있어 보안도 상당히 괜찮고요.
근데 로비에 있는 직원, 대부분 괜찮았는데 빠글머리 여자 응대가 아주 개판이었습니다 ㅎㅎ
청소도 바닥에 있던 쓰레기가 그대로 있던 거 보니 제대로 한건지 만건지도 모르겠고.. :)
저는 절대 다시 방문할 것 같지 않지만 위치가 중요하신 분들에게는 고려할만한 선택지라고 생각합니다

Weird experience.

1. The room we got (217 i think) was so tiny we were unable to open a luggage. It was extremely dark inside and there was no air condition control or things like elctric kettle.

2. We were moved to another room which was definitely better which is nice (still dark, mind, if you don't like that).

3. Cleaning/room service is below the par. So they for 3 days straight toliet paper was not refilled or powdery mess on the table cleaned. No hair conitioner either (which i don't care about but it's to prove a point). Floor dirt was not cleaned etc.

4. Reception was nice but I don't understand putting guests in that ridiculously miniscule room as the hotel was not too busy.

5. Breakfasts are okay. Rather good quality and decent choice.

6. Breakfast stuff, especially Marta, deserve a pay raise. Great person and nice to talk to. If we ever come back to this hotel, it's only because of her (and hotel's location).

7. Location is indeed very good.

Overall, this was not a bad experience but I think with a little more attention to room service and not allocating the minuscule room with no space to guests it'd be a so much better.

Beautiful boutique hotel, fantastic location. Not a very big one, which is a plus! Excellent food, Marta from breakfast restaurant was lovely and all the people from reception area were amazing as well, a special shoutout to Nerea, she was very friendly and welcoming. I received a birthday surprise, which was unexpected and touching. 10/10 highly recommend

Soggiorniamo al Room mate Anna in una camera Standard, e purtroppo in una camera, che conferma le recensioni negative lette in precedenza, ovvero che non entra assolutamente la luce del sole, al primo piano si affaccia su una corte molto stretta e alta. Incredibile come sia possibile che questa cosa sia ritenuta accettabile ai limiti della vivibilità di un ambiente, in pratica si soggiorna in una grotta. Per capire semplicemente se quel giorno è soleggiato o nuvoloso dovrete uscire dall’hotel. Un altro punto, per noi, fortemente negativo è che nonostante (leggo dalle recensioni) in molti si lamentino del pavimento macchiato, soprattutto in bagno (vedi le foto) la struttura non si premura di trovare una soluzione. E' disgustoso, nonostante sostengano sia pulito. L’effetto che trasmette è quello di stare nel bagno di un area di servizio molto frequentata. La cosa che più di tutte mi spinge a scrivere questa recensione e in questi toni è la risposta ricevuta alla reception alle nostre osservanze: "Avete pagato per una camera Standard”. Nella descrizione delle camere sul sito dell’hotel si fa riferimento alla dimensione della camera e non certo alla mancanza di luce (dalle foto sul sito, tra le altre cose, nella camera standard è ben visibile la finestra che affaccia sulla strada, non come quella che ci hanno assegnato, n°103 per chiarezza nella recensione) o alle condizioni del pavimento (nemmeno nella più economica, ovviamente sarebbe accettabile). Detto questo, confermo anche che il design delle camere è originale, la camera ampia e il bagno comodo con una doccia molto grande e la posizione buona, facilmente raggiungibile da metro e autobus.

Suite à notre séjour dans l’établissement, notre carte de crédit a été piratée. (Seul endroit où nous l’avons utilisée).
Nous l’avons signalé à l’hôtel qui ne nous a même pas répondu. Faites attention si vous réglez par carte de crédit.
